wow, thanks for posting this. is the propionic acid being used as a preservative here? also, how are you controlling the PH? I would have thought there would be some variation between each batch of ingredients that would need to be corrected for?
The fact that they have no PPE ..... they even wear open toed sandles ...... is an awful example to others. I would pull the video and remake with proper safety equipment.

Hey...i had a doubt...the yeast you add ....does it get completely degraded due to heat?...or else it might cause some infection

Yes. We use yeast extract.
