In the rank & dominate strategy, what do you mean by SD - KT? Do you mean Sponsored Display Keyword Targeting? As far as I know, it's not possible to target keywords using Sponsored Display campaigns on Amazon

What would be a useful addition to the sheet is a best practice column that includes advice/best practices around campaign setup/structure, things like... Limit target [Keywords/ASINs] to 1/5/10/etc, Limit the number of your products included in SP to 1/5/10, utilise Placement bidding this way (??), bidding Does and Don'ts, etc, setup 1xSP auto, 2 SP manual (Broad/Exact), 1SD with audience targeting, per product/product group, Typical starting budgets, etc.
