Yeah 1st step worked 4 me. 👍 I just got this phone a few hours ago I'm still running it through it set up restoring you know my backed up settings and apps from my Samsung device I set it down and all of a sudden first time I go to really use it my screen wouldn't turn on! I suddenly found myself frustrated going why did I get a new device thank goodness your video helped on the first step thank you.
Thanks, the Up+Power force restart seems to be what I needed. It was so weird, screen just went dark as I was trying to set USB & Developer settings to allow file transfer over usb.
Great video! All of these tips work most of the time. This phone has been the most buggy phone I've ever used! It's very sensitive to touch and pressure for some reason.
Thank you so much !The fridge part worked like magic. I ran to the showroom who told me to get it tommorrow as they need to change the mother board.I came back home and searched on youtube and tried the fridge part. I removed it and it got switched on - You saved me so much of time and money :-)

It's a trash phone. Mine started randomly shutting off and it got worse and worse. Now it sometimes turns on and other times it doesn't. The best method for me has been to plug it in the charger and then hold down the power button and the volume up button at the same time until it turns on.
my screen comes up with the 1+ / android logo and then shuts off, i can boot to recovery (sometimes) screen showing, no prob...10 seconds later phone screen black, phone non responsive
I did all of this my screen is still not on. Couple of days back my phone fell and till now it is not on ik that my phone is on but still the issue persists . Can anyone help

Got to the massaging part and the phone screen started working again. Not sure if it's permanent, but it did finally show the logo.
