@@theephraimite this was before the Warriors entered the ARL/NRL. Back then most of the best Islanders were playing in NZ local comps so they were available to play in these Pacific Cups and make the competition a real gala event. When the best Islanders started going straight to the NRL clubs, it took away from what made these Pacific Cups so fun to watch.
