Your wood shop looks great to me. Regarding o-rings, my all-in-one kit looks a lot like yours, but usually none of the included rings are quite the size I need. To find reasonably priced replacements, it is helpful to identify the industry standard o-ring number. You can find o-ring sizing charts online. The next trick is to avoid an excessive price markup when buying 1 or 2, instead of 100 or 1000. I have had luck searching for the o-ring number on ebay. Of course, there will be a markup, but it should be only a few dollars instead of $10 - $20 that some sellers want to charge.
Thanks for the input, I did try the sizing charts but I had a hard time saying I have a gap this big which O-ring should I use. Also, the O-ring on this application is weird because it can compress side-ways and you'd think that would reduce its affectedness when using a standard size. Bottom line is I learn something with every repair I do!
