Hey guys n gals, for anyone having the "cannot connect to mySql" error when clicking on your Start.bat you need to open your server.cfg with notepad, at the top you will see the "set mysql_connection_string "server=127.0.0.01;database=essentialmode;userid=root;" - the IP address MUST BE 127.0.0.1 - Unfortunately the server.cfg file available in the description links has the IP address as "127.0.0.01", just ensure you remove that extra 0 so it reads as 127.0.0.1.

Also if you get couldn't load Sessionmanager........ simply go to your CMD window for your server and type "restart sessionmanager"

Neat, wish someone would make a linux/ubuntu version for people on VPS's
Just gonna post this because I saw this at the end of the video if you get the error session manager all you have to do is go in your console and type restart sessionmanager but this has been fixed in the new update to fxserver and it will automatically do this for you so make sure you update your server :D

2019 Best guide i've seen. BUT, server.cfg has IP adress wrong! 127.0.0.1 should says. Thanks LevyTheDevy for the tutorial =)
the esx thing isnt right, it doesnt have the resource folder in it
Create new folder Resorce and download in github.com/ESX-Org

actually the error that was displayed for xampp is saying you need to increase or decrease your user account control permissions.
on the extended master part, you say go into the resources sub folder on there, but when i download it, there is no resources sub folder?

That's a system .dll file you can install it from Goggle just search it

Whats the difference between fxserver ans esx ?
FXServer is base server directory responsible for server stuff. ESX Framework is custom pre-made addon for FXServer that let's you to build and add your own or premade things atop of it acting like backbone, for ESX specific plugins like "esx_jobs", "esx_police", "esx_shops", etc. which you add to build some gameplay features. If you wanted to add esx_police plugin to the server without ESX itself the police plugin will not work.
Why would we want to use Apache ?
Isn't that for running websites only ?
the server doesn't show on the server list i opened port 30120 and 30110. is it right to put like this ''public ip'':30120? the server worked last time but i changed router so not anymore..
I followed the video to a T...however when I start server I receive couple errors. First was couldn't find resource es_extended and couldnt't find resource cron. then at end it said access denied for command add_principal. I did notice while following video that I didn't have the async folder for my resources...I also noticed that when I went into server the money things didn't appear...well appeared and disappeared. I attempted to connect to the discord but said I couldn't connect...can someone please help

es_extended cannot display money, only bank, dirty money and job. how'd you do that ?
I am having a recurring problem, I don't know the source either. There isn't certain condititons to it either, at random my server CMD window will just close with no errors. It happens sometimes when I get more than 3 people on the server, it happens sometimes just when I connect and like 30 seconds later it closes. Any help would be great!

Global error: Unknown database essentialmode. Just explain how to fix it because it should detect it. Plus it is in the right file and everytihng.

Hi. Question. I have installed the FiveM in localhost, and welcome friends sometime on it. so not an online server. I already have the FXServer and so on working and play the GTA that way. Can I add the parts on the ESX to its ressources (like other scripts I did add) and the database, or do I have to recreate a full server? Thanks
