Appalachian Trail 2023 S01E04. Low Gap to Tray Mounty

Day 4 of my first section on the Appalachian Trail I hike from Low Gap Shelter to Tray Mountain Shelter. The day started a little misty with a long gradual incline down to Unicoy Gap up over Rocky Mountain and then down again. Before a long hard climb up tray mountain. Where I stayed in the shelter with ‪@WillowWalksTheAT‬ and ‪@lenahikesthetrail‬. Liz from the UK who I had met the previous evening at Low Gap stayed in her tent at the shelter.
