What I love about this bit is normally when comedies do the whole "now they're acting like a married couple" they still act like themselves but now have a dispute that sounds like that of a married couple. These two just fully go all in and act like they are a husband and wife who have been married for years and have a son and I love it.

One thing this video touches on that a lot of people don't seem to realize is that people go "they're going to steal our jobs" when a decent number of immigrants are actually well-educated.
He's not an immigrant, he's an asylum seeker. Immigrants intend to settle in a new country. Asylum seekers are SUPPOSE to return to their country once the danger has passed. Also, you are referring to legal immigrants, not illegal immigrants. The majority of illegals are uneducated, low skilled workers. This isn't an issue in small numbers, but when you are discussing millions of people, they displace the natural born low end jobs, causing wages to become depreciated, especially for the poorest in society, as well as for those trying to enter the job market like college students. This benefits the rich, as they get cheap labor, but hurts the middle and especially the lower class. This is exactly WHY nations regulate immigration and don't have open boarders. If you love immigrants and the poor, you will oppose illegal immigration, as those are the ones who pay the price for it...

US-ian here and pretty much every immigrant I've ever met (I don't care about their documentation because I'm not a fucking cop) has been a remarkable person and a benefit to both the specific communities they live in and the country as a whole. The only reason "illegal" (aka without up-to-date documentation) immigration occurs is that it takes literal years for the paperwork to go through, and these people deserve better treatment than the disdainful apathy of colonizers and racists screwing them over via bureaucracy.
