The reality of smoking 😶 And I wish movies and tv shows would show a more realistic picture of health effects of smoking cigarettes. Smoking is not sexy!

من نمی فهمم چرا تو خیلی از فیلم ها و سریال ها هرکی می خواهد کول و باحال باشه باید حتما سیگار، پیپ، قلیون بکشه؟
دخانیات کلا بدن رو از تو از بین میبره. از بیماری قلب و عروق بگیر تا سرطان ریه. ولی امروز می خوام روی سلامت دهان و دندان تمرکز کنم. خوب خطر دخانیات برای دهان و دندان چیه؟
- سرطان دهان
- بیماری لثه (پریودانتال)
- پوسیدگی دندان
- خشکی دهان
- زردی و لکه دار شدن دندان
و این همه‌شون نیست.
خلاصه اینکه با سلامتیمون مهربون باشیم 🦷❤️
