Thanks John, it's a good idea and I should do that. Here in Hoi An everything's pretty easy to find as it's all in the ancient town. The sign at the restaurant I ended the video at says: Nuoc Giai Khat, but not sure if that's the name.

You’re not afraid to eat. The food in Asia looks so good. Fresh ingredients from farms and markets makes Asian food standout.. Nothing really tastes bad just looks different to our eyes.
