three things i want to point out about jamming waves that may not be obvious at first glance:
1) in a pinch, you can target one of your own set trap/spell card to get the second effect of destroying a monster
2) if you do that, the card you destroyed *will count* toward the 3+ spells in your GY, so you can activate it while you're at 2 spells in the GY, sending a 3rd one, and get the 2nd effect
3) it does *not* target the monster, meaning you can destroy an untargetable monster
As a sky striker main in this game I have a hard time getting past my friends chaos max dragon…any recommended cards to main in case I duel people with cards like this?

@@alfonsofezza5863 dont bother with ghost belle or ogre, 3 ash 3 maxx c and nibiru is all the hand traps you need. drop a Kaina for a Halqifibrax which can summon a veiler to go into selene.. additionally since everyone runs ash, you can run hiita the fire charmer ablaze as another way into halqifibrax.. also drop your ghost belle both pot of desires an area zero and eagle booster for another jamming waves another afterburner, Pot of Avarice, Mecharmory hercules base and raigeki. (This is the list i run with a lot of success)
Though you could also look into adding Eldlich as a way to break through imperial order+skill drain board..

One of the best videos that I have seen regarding sky strikers. I’m fairly new to this game in the sky strikers Archetype is the one that I seem to gravitate towards about 30 and this is one of only four videos that I have seen that I actually useful.

Hey man love the vids, i am a returning (?) player and i gotta say its a bit difficult to get back in the game since the last time i was active with Yu Gi Oh was when Xyz monsters were introduced and now we have 2 more zones on the board and i can summon monsters in my spell/trap card zone with effects that need a doctorate degree haha
Fun fact, you can run a bunch of the free world chalice monsters in the extra deck and use prosperity instead so you don't lose all your spell power
For budget/not fully optimized builds: A package I would suggest that I used in my early Sky Striker list is the Utopia package of Utopia, Utopia Double and Double of Nothing if you're willing to fork over 500 gems to buy the Utopia Structure Deck and craft Utopia Double (which is an SR). Just the chance to OTK the opponent out of the blue could be nice in lower ranks until you get better cards. The catch is that if you draw the Double or Nothing, it's a dead card unless you go into Utopia directly.
Just throwing my thought into the pool. I personally would love one of these for Tri-Brigade>Virtual World since you're doing so well with these :)
Avarice works wonder in this deck also for a longer game, cause we can recycle all the links we used previously like kagari and shizuku while also drawing 2
Definitely a solid 1 of anymore is bricky. As its very difficult to resolve on turn 1
I find it clogs up my hand since the deck is mostly spells

I've been playing the budget version, similar list, here are some little tips take these with a grain of salt, new to yugioh:
-As mentioned in the video, a lot of people aren't playing many set cards, so don't be afraid to hit your own field or hercules with Jamming. Also with Jamming, if you have two spells in the grave, and you hit your own spell, and that becomes the third spell in the grave, you can destroy a monster. Essentially, you have 2 spells in grave, Jamming your spell, you still get to kill a monster.
-One other option is to craft a zeke and accesscode talker. Through raye/roze/widow/shark/cross cut/field spell you can sometimes make plays to get to accesscode.
Kewl video but would it be possible to see a demo game with this deck in future deck showcases, would be helpful to see how it flows, especially for someone new to the game and hasn’t seen much ❓
Solemn, i have a tech that is so good and underrated and i have only seen 1 skystriker player running it. Kaiser Colleseum. It is so disgusting for first turn. Can also be good turn 2 if you can blow up their board or get them down to 1. I highly suggest it!

Let me tell you the greatest feeling right now. Opened some packs a while back with URs that i had no idea how to use but said to myself let me keep them anyway. Few days later i got interested in this deck. Being a f2p i saw this budget version. Got to the part where all the URs come up and to my amazement i have a lot of the URs already from the packs i opened, specifically Borrelsword, Halqifibrax and Kagari. Today is a good day. So far I’ve built Eldlich and I’m in Silver having a lot of fun. Yesterday I built the Striker budget and added a few from the optimized deck you showed.

Been hoping you’d make a video on Sky Strikers, recently been really interested in trying out Sky Strikers for Master Duel and been looking at a ton of different decks to theorycraft my own.

I have a very similar build to his for the non budget version, the biggest difference has been running 3 forbidden droplets over the 3 impermanence

You can make a full power striker list using the true Draco cards to wittle away at card advantage
Would magical mallet be a decent budget option for striker. My thinking is you only have striker monsters and 1 hornet drones so gettin a mulligan would give you a chance to get raye/roze or drones and it’s a spell on grave but it is a neg 1

I'm kinda confused on the use of pot of desires in this deck. Is it really worth losing 10 cards for a spell in grave and a draw 2? Especially since you could lose some important cards

Bro I love you vids man and your passion for the game, I made the prank kids deck with the best URs possible but still not that efficient with skill drain trap card usage like when and how do I use it to punish my opponent and not me as much. Been playing striker competitively in the TCG for years. - you want to play 3 Roze regardless of whether you have a budget or credit card build. Watch professional deck profiles of striker players in premier tournaments. They always say “I lost in this (game or round) because I didn’t see raye. Roze is diet raye. It starts your power plays.
An alternate budget option that my friend and I found that can be used as a Link materials for Halqifibrax and Selene is Night's End Sorcerer. It's a lvl 2 Rare and has the same type as Effect Veiler so Spellcaster and Tuner with the effect of when it is special summoned: You can target up to 2 cards in your opponent's graveyard and banish them.
But how are you gonna Special Summon that?

for those who are moving out of the budget in to a serious completed version, first thing you should do is replace the pots with upstarts, after that is making your accesscode talker package (Halqifibrax, Selene, Access code talker)

Recommend Kaiser colosseum for this deck. It’s pretty strong and only a super rare :)
I've made 6 complete decks (4competive low rarity) than i have tenyi ready for swordsoul and staples for beetrooper and finally invoked fully built but not in an actual deck because I didn't know what i wanted to mix it with.
I tried to do the borrelsword dragon combo, linking veiled and Selene. But I could only make access code talker. Is that a glitch?
this deck so good ( im using it tho ) but for under budget, im not recommended. too much UR. like i dismantle many UR for complete the set. good deck but have a big sacrifice. nice video btw!

One issue I've been having with this deck is that once I summon the access code I'm about 1000 life points off from winning and then he gets sweeped the next turn. Does anyone have any suggestions as to get another body onto the field to help with this? I'm very new to the game

This is basically my list with a few twiks. On a quick note Blade Armor Ninja is a decent budget option over Accesscode since it doesn't require other URs to get into, while Accesscode requires Halquifbrax into Veiler into Selene, ie 3 URs to go into a big URs making them 4.
Well you can skip halq technically if you have 1 more monster

@@Florophase it’s pretty rough I can’t think of anything off the top of my head. Sharkcanon banishing eldlitch fucks you, I run 2x called by which also hard negs him, and they have removal out the ass. Thankfully I don’t see many other sky striker players in plat.

Good morning I have some idea and please correct me in my opinion I see we can make any deck the strongest by adding spells, traps and monsters those fits for any deck for example :spell( United we stand which gains for each monster 800), trap (skill drain which cancel effect of monsters) and monster(copy cat which copy the ATK and DEF of any monster. Also Maxx C or Ash) and there is hundreds cards because I played since 2005 and I have on psp deck which has those general because I am old version ( The last season of Yugioh I played was GX season )
But I am admitting those new seasons has more powerful cards than before but it depends on many cards but the general cards those I mentioned the opposite

Can anyone explain why I never get the option to link summon "Borrelsword Dragon"? I only get the option to summon accesscode when doing the combo.
Likely because borrelsword needs 3+ effect monsters, so you would need a 3rd card on board
