Love listening to his breathing when he would be doing something reminded of me when I would sleep at a family members house they would be doing something
To me, this video shows the interesting paradox that is at the heart of Italian culture. If I made this dish, my family would think I was nuts. I cut some dry cake into crude chunks, dizzled wine over top, covered it in unsweetened heavy cream and topped it with candied orange rinds, they would NEVER like it no matter how many times I made it. But this gentleman makes it and you can see how proud he is of his creation and his family probably looks forward to it every year. It's not even a recipe really - and if I'm honest, it probably isn't all that tasty- but he treasures it and his family probably does too and that's the best part. It's so simple and weird but loved like it was a family heirloom. You almost have to have grown up in that culture to truly appreciate it. I wish I could.
You clearly are someone who likes to do alot of listening to himself talk and not alot of listening to others....BECAUSE HE CLEARLY SAID IN THE VIDEO THAT THIS IS THE FIRST TIME HE EVER MADE THIS.
