Got chopped on a message, just starting out so I probably won’t help my garden out a lot this season, got wigglers on the way, 3 tubs for crawlers, anxious to see how native Montana crawlers do along with African and Europeans, I’ll fatten my red worms for bait or an angling type worm, always open to suggestions. I’m excited to do this, I’m 81, a disabled vet and I love to fish.
It should be. Just make sure you add pulverized egg shell for grit and to help the ph stay neutral. If your bed turn acidic it will start to kill off the worms. Dolemetic lime is really good also to help with the ph. Just make sure its natural lime stone and not garden lime. The garden lime has chemicals that will kill the worms also
Where I. The video anything about harvesting? Where is the next video she is speaking about harvesting?

Is there a way to test the casting. to see if it is ready. like with a soil tester?
Would pine needles be ok for the worms ??
