Even though d global investment scene is a bit shaky, ASEAN, especially Mlaysia, still has loads of opportunities. *Malaysia’s got a cool business environment, big consumer market, & solid manufacturing infrastructure.* The US-China tensions r shaking things up in ASEAN by messing wit supply chains, shifting investment flows, & causing some economic uncertainty. For AI investments, check out places like the US (especially Silicon Valley), China, Singapore, & South Korea. Southeast Asia countries like Indonesia r also getting interesting. And yeah! some countries can stay neutral & not pick sides in global conflicts. It helps them keep good relations wit everyone & focus on their own interests, though staying neutral isn’t always easy.
Minister Zafrul, your insights on the US-China dynamic and its impact on ASEAN are spot-on. One key area where ASEAN should focus is AI. The world is racing towards an AI-driven future, but many still don’t fully grasp its potential. AI is not just a trend; it’s a tool that will revolutionize industries, from healthcare to finance and manufacturing. Countries that invest in AI now will be leading innovation tomorrow. ASEAN nations need to position themselves as early adopters, leveraging AI for growth, and creating jobs in this transformative era. 9:25
To be the PM of Malaysia, one needs to be able to glue people. By people, I mean various political parties, right & left. It's not easy. I'd say Anwar has that strength. There are many bright Malaysian like Tengku Zhafrul, but not many have a strong political grasp.
maybe it's just me but im worried cause ive only seen news covering this semiconductor industry in English and these news will not reach the masses of Malaysia. They won't see what good the current government has done for the Malaysian economy. If anything, just casually browsing through the internet, i have seen more and more people disagreeing with the current government. It feels like they're angry at one person at the top but neglected in seeing the bigger picture that the government consists of multiple working components and i think for the first time in a decade, i'm seeing actual good progress being done by the people in power.
Wow well done Tengku Zafrul Aziz for speaking coherently, fluently and speaking "off-the-cuff" very well without errr... emmm..! Juga ada "sense of humour"! I'm impressed. You sure did malaysia proud. Tahniah.
Tengku Zafrul is far more than qualified to lead MITI. Superb work, superb service. His time as Senator end next year i think. I hope he get his seat in parliament
Salam Tengku. Harap dapat majukan daerah Pelangai di Bentong Pahang. Terlalu ketinggalan. Mesin ATM hanya ada 2 biji saja. 1 di Felda Chemomoi, 1 lagi di Simpang Pelangai. berpuluh tahun mundur.
Well done Tengku delivering a speech full of substance and promoting Malaysia as an investor’s preferred destination. Let’s keep on striving with pride🎉
Increase the pay. Malaysia does not need to match Singapore in terms of salary because our cost of living is much lower. We just need to make it attractive enough for them to move north.
Hello TZA, this is the only way to reach you. I have heard you talk on many forums. Next year M'sia will chair ASEAN. As part of an economic stimulus, why don't we propose an Asean Song Contest biannually in the same vein as the Eurovision song contest. This will employ high technology in terms of voting and staging, broadcasting etc. The trickle down effect on the ten countries could be phenomenal and could give the entertainment industry a shot in the arm. Kuala Lumpur can host the first event! Asean cultural power can be showcased. Please think about this. Thanks.
kesian indon konoha...negara x punya halatuju...lihat shaja warga sendiri...x punya pekerjaan malah sanggup masuk secara haram ke Malaysia...malu la weiii...negara kononnya G20...😂😅
