As a professional EFL teacher and School director, I can immediately see how this tool can be used to create an array of support and stand-alone instruction videos to help learners maximize their learning learner experience - I am more than convinced that is the way our school needs to go both for learners who are already on our books and for potential learners to see how serious we are about what we do and how well we do it too.
I started with PowerDirector 9 and have updated each time another version is available. I've never been disappointed.

I am not your usual young maker of videos, but rather an 81 year old long time experimenter in writing and in music/lyrics. Yes, I do have a modest professional background. I am in the midst of experimenting with a varied presentation of TEXT with two purposes and actually have been developing this for more than a dozen years. There are two major purposes in mind and involves even a method for readers to learn how to improve any form of public speaking using this new way of writing in short and long form. I have looked at Prezi this month and I am sure your product offers more, even though you feature more visual effects than I need at present. Since I am really such a beginner in use of these programs, I trust that anything as sophisticated as your description of Power Director will likely fit more than my needs and, perhaps, open even more doors to experimenting.

Been editing on other platforms for years but these new features sure looks like this is worth it. Wow
I just made my first movie with PowerDirector. I am very impressed. The movie is over 31 minutes long and is only taking about 20 minutes to render out and produce the final. The fades and transitions are easy to use. The clip cuts and trims are easy. PowerDirector is very user friendly. Looks like I have a new best friend. I'll use the templates next and see how they work out.
I have used other editing software in the past but when i read the reviews on PowerDirector 15 i thought i have to try it . I downloaded a 30 days trial version of PD15 and I am very impressed i think this is a software that would be an Asset for my work

I'm physically disabled and have wanted to get into freelance video editing for a while but haven't been able to afford it. CyberLink PowerDirector 15 would be a great start to my career!
As of today I have been through 3 different versions of PowerDirector. I am now on PD 14 Untra and would like to own PD15... I love this program as I went from Adobe AfterEffects (a $700 program) to this. Adobe AfterEffects (while powerful) had TOO big of a learning curve for me. Keep up the good work...

I tried trial version of this software and it's very useful for me as a student for video editting. I submitted my project to my professor and I top as a most beautiful video representation. I hope I can use this software forever for a future used because its so useful and beautiful for video editing as a student. I badly needed this one for my course :/

I would absolutely love to win this so much because I use to edit videos and post on youtube often a few years prior on another channel. Life happened. I moved, laptop was broken, and I had to stop with my channel. Now that I have a new laptop I'm really wanting to get back into making videos. The only issue is softwares are either super expensive or free with minimal features and ugly watermarks. CyberLink PowerDirector seems easy to learn and doesn't disrupt the quality of videos so I'd be so grateful to win this.
I'd like to see full videos on this topic. You are creating content on this subject that is FAR better quality than any other producer I've seen. CyberLink SHOULD be doing this but are NOT. There's nothing for a tutorial on their web site and yours is great. Scripted... well thought out... informative. I like!

CyberMedia had really awesome product at a fantastic price point. Most people don't need Adobe or Final Cut. Everything you need to make a fantastic video is in this package but the documentation is horrible.
I love TopTenReviews.com and their eval of this product is great. Everything they compare it to is in the $300+ price range. You can't beat this product for the price comparison to what you can do... for LESS than 1/3 the price.
The only hold back on this product is the support. Crappy docs. No tuts. You just have to ferret it out one feature at a time. Sucks!
PowerDirector 15 would help me specially my students in creating their school projects because of its user friendly feature and the amazing tools we can use.
This is my first video editing software other than windows movie maker and gopro. I have some issues with my laptops drivers, but once I fix it, I'll be digging into the box and installing this software. Thanks for the tutorial.
I use PowerDirector on my Galaxy S7 to edit my videos these days. It's stable, professional and very quick. Having watched this tutorial on the desktop version it looks just as easy to use but with even more functionality. I especially like the look of the audio manipulation and the reverse function which the Android version doesn't have (yet). This may be my Christmas present to myself this year so I can edit on a bigger screen :)

CyberLink PowerDirector 15 is in my opinion a phenomenal video editor that features everything you need to create professional looking videos whether you want to quickly edit footage, create slideshows or compose with limitless options for maximum results in the full feature menu. This software would be a great help for my future video editing as it contains tons of tools, especially in the full feature mode, that I use a lot for my projects! Because I already have experience with video editing software, I like to spend time on all of my projects to get the maximum results. I edit footage with green screens, from action cams and landscape shots and this is the reason why PowerDirector 15 is the perfect match for me since it comes with the action camera center with shake reduction as well as lens correction. But then there is also the PIP Designer, a ton of high quality effects, transitions, titles and themes (with even more on the website to download). There is not a single content or need for improvement in this software I could think of. Also, I plan to buy a Samsung Gear 360 camera for amazing landscape footage and there is not a single other professional video editor for 360 degrees footage on the market! I also want to start editing videos with footage from my drone and want to export them onto my mobile device. The beginner friendly editing modes and the newly supported 9:16 format make the software a great solution for quick and simple editing, too!

PowerDirector 15 would be a great asset for me because I have used PowerDirector 13 and 14 for my TH-cam videos. Both editing softwares have been very useful and I have learned so much from them. I would love to upgrade again, and also take great advantage of the 360` degree editing program.

hi, i have tried the free trial and really love it! this video editor is perfect for me. i use it to edit my music videos and also acoustic n singing covers. tks for this tutorial , bai. i hope i can really get this software as i am really interested in video editing softwares and would like to learn more and try it personally by myself. since my parents do not allow me to buy any softwares and have blocked my credit card, i cant get this amazing software . i have to constantly use diffeeent accounts to continuously get the 30 day free trial which really annoys me . i hope i can win this contest , as this can really help me in my video editing and my career as a musician

Cyberlink Power Director will be great for my project because I been wanting to create videos where I can play guitar and other instrument using the clone capabilities of the program.
I recently bought a LG 360 camera but found out that the software I have doesn't work to edit it so I have am trying to make a decision between Powerdirector and Pinnacle which both seem to edit 360 videos. I'm leaning towards Powerdirector because of all the positive things that everyone says, but Pinnacle also has a stop and go animation feature that looks really cool.
Anyway, Powerdirector would really help me edit my 360 videos in a way that I can't do right now!
Oh, and great video. Really helps to sum up the software and how to use it. I'm really looking forward to seeing more since I am most likely going with Powerdirector. I'm just waiting to see if I can install it in English (I live in Japan).

CyberLink PowerDirector is the most feature complete video editor. on the market especially for hobbyist and would also be useful with semi-pros. I have used 14 for about 5 months, and it is great. I have given up on Adobe Elements because CyberLink hardly ever crashes, and Elements would take 2-3 days to render an 1 hour video. Using PowerDirector on the same PC it takes 10 minutes.

I hope to move my video editing to the next level with PowerDirector 15. After trying Hitfilm 4 Express, DaVinci Resolve 12.5, and other software. PowerDirector 15 will allow me to produce video efficiently with its easy to use interface as well as implement special effects for action videos. the 360 view functionality and true that effect makes this software wonderful and also the black theme help me in working in night withlow brightness because everything is self exploratory learning curve of the software is very easy compared to other software like this it simple and get work done also I seen the rendering process is very fast even on my medium specification core i5 PC

I'm currently using PD13 and I think the upgrade to PD15 is worth it and will be of great help editing 360 video and doing 9:16 video editing.

I have a new channel on TH-cam and I am producing my own video because I don't know anyone to do it and being way too new (and part time at this), I can't pay anyone. I'd learned Premiere in the past (the basics) but I find myself wanting to do much more advanced stuff. My videos are getting better I think (aside from an anomalous sound issue here and there which I am hoping I have now fixed by getting a mixer instead of an audio interface.) but they can get even better. So I had been looking at how to use Premiere and After Effects to get what I wanted. I hated the idea of having to use separate programs but trying anything else just seemed hard since I had started learning Premiere and I was used to the shortcuts. Now, watching this video I see that much of what I wanted (effects and PIP for starters) is all here in one program. There is a learning curve but overall I think this will make my video editing easier, thus I can produce them faster. I need to move to adding much more shows, but the slowness of Premiere is holding me up (slowness of adding everything I need). So thanks for the tutorial. I think I'll be switching over now. Plus that 360 and GoPro (the camera I am considering making my mine one for video) features make it very attractive.
