- Batman: Arkham Knight is a 2015 action-adventure game developed by Rocksteady Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. Based on the DC Comics superhero Batman, it is the successor to the 2013 video game Batman: Arkham Origins, and the fourth main installment in the Batman: Arkham series. Written by Sefton Hill, Ian Ball and Martin Lancaster, Arkham Knight is inspired by the long-running comic book mythos. Set nine months after the events of 2011's Batman: Arkham City, the game's main storyline follows Batman as he confronts Scarecrow, who has launched an attack on Gotham City, causing a citywide evacuation. Scarecrow, with the help of the mysterious Arkham Knight, is also able to unite Batman's greatest foes in an attempt to finally destroy Batman.
The game is presented from a third-person perspective, with a primary focus on Batman's melee combat, stealth abilities, detective skills, and gadgets. Batman can freely move around the open world of Gotham City, interacting with characters and undertaking missions, and unlocking new areas by progressing through the main story or obtaining new equipment. The player is able to complete side missions away from the main story to unlock additional content and collectible items. Combat focuses on chaining attacks together against numerous foes while avoiding damage, while stealth allows Batman to conceal himself around an area, using gadgets and the environment to silently eliminate enemies. Arkham Knight introduces the Batmobile as a playable vehicle, which is used for transportation, puzzle solving and combat.

One of my favorite fights in the Arkham Series. It implemented the mechanics from City so well and it felt so natural for this fight. I love the design of Arkham Origins the best in the series. It felt very similar to a hybrid of the 90's animated series and a comic book.
Should have been the FINAL boss fight in Arkham Origins. It was so hard 😂😂😂😂😂😂. And so cool. Always on the edge of your seat 💺

Nah, The DeathStroke Boss fight isn’t all that tbh, it’s just pressing Y or Triangle to counter the entire time lol, but I definitely do agree that Arkham Knight lowkey wasted DeathStroke

I know someone made this comment somewhere but. It would have been cool in arkham knight if during some of the 3 encounters needed to unlock deathstroke you had the tank battle where you finally beat slade but before that you had a combat and a predator counter involving him somehow that would have been nice

I wish death stroke (in arkham knight) was a fight that both of you got better and implemented more tactics, the fight should've lasted over several missions in different environments where instead of Batman just knocking out death stroke, that death stroke escapes several times and you finally beat him in a near death battle where both of you are severely wounded, it could've been great

the only thing i don't like about arkham knight is that damned tank battle with deathstroke.
when he jumps out ready for actual fight batman just slams him on the ground and it's over

I played knight before Origins, but even in knight whennI got to that fight, I was definitely disappointed, and after playing Origins, I'm even more disappointed, this boss fight was probably my favorite
I beat AO the other week and I was playing with the counter warnings turned off. It’s a fun challenge for the basic grunts, but for the bosses it was a pain because you didn’t know exactly when you were supposed to counter.

Great fight I used many times batclaw slam on Slade and tried to achieve 5 combo in order to use special takedown and tried to avoid the slades attacks and won
I died so many times when I came to this point, such memories
Its easy yet hard at the same time.
As a person with learning disabilities i somehow how got a perfect in this.
