My Stan store (and the Roadmap 2.0 course I purchased after this video) have been the absolute GREATEST investments so far in this journey to creating income from home 💓 ....I'll need to make another video soon!
Thanks for this video! I would love to hear more about starting, growing, and monetizing a homemaking channel. That's something I've been giving serous thought lately.
Okay! It's something I've thought about sharing and since this has been the most fun and is coupled with such great potential....I'll work on putting something together! Thanks so much for Wayans being here 💖
Thank you for this video and your insight. I'm trying to find ways to earn money from home. I have been tossing around the idea of an Etsy shop for over a year. Now that we have moved and have settled in, I want to invest my time in helping my husband with earning money. Given my physical and mental health issues, I had almost given up hope.
Big hugs to you Audrey!! I think Etsy cost wise is a great place to start since you can create your listings for only 20¢ each and there are a ton of videos here on TH-cam to help teach you about growing on Etsy! It does require you to market your products yourself, or pay for ads otherwise it's easy to never be found. I certainly prefer it over fairs and such though...I can't imagine hauling all my stuff and my baby with me all day to a fair and potentially be lucky just to cover the cost of the booth fee 😅, if you DO open a shop let me know so I can tell people about it and check it out!!!
Hi Jayme, this was double inspiration for me...! Hearing your stories on your side hustles and ways you have made money in the past, what worked or didn't work, the why you did things at the time to make money for your family and home, and your gentle guidance on what did or did not work for you, whilst watching you keep your home today.... just wonderful, warmest thank you and have a blessed day.
Oh I pray you're right! I want mommas to be able to stay home with their babies and still be able to afford to do things.... especially like EAT (gosh food is so expensive these days)... but also the fun stuff!
@@JaymesHumbleHome agreed! I’m older, my children raised. I was blessed to be able to stay at home with them! We made many sacrifices, but all worth it! My heart is also for young Mom’s to be able to stay home and hopefully homeschool! It is getting harder and harder financially for everyone and I am thankful you are giving them ideas! I will be praying that the Lord bless you and your family, as well as all those who He will direct to your channel. 💕
@@flamingofan5411 God bless you. You are right! I'm truly blessed and honored to be able to provide some hope and inspiration to other moms. We can (now I feel more so than 24 years ago when I first became a mom) so often feel isolated and without many options when we are home raising our precious little ones, and I'm shocked (but definitely not surprised) to find out that our current financial situation as americans.... income/cost of living is worse that it was during the great depression! No wonder so many are feeling the financial pressure! 😞
@@JaymesHumbleHome correct! Yet not many realize this fact. They are feeling it for sure though. It is a sad situation. It is imperative for those who are Believers to get into the Word of God and get closer to Him than ever cause this road is just gonna get rougher.🙏
Childcare was how I was able to transition from a 9-5 office job to being a steady at home mama. I did it for nearly 8 years, and I'm so thankful for it, but it is such hard work!!
@jaymeshumblehome 💯! I just stepped away from it this summer and am praising God in his provision to do so. Now I'm able to focus on cultivating our home and renovating our new to us 100+ year old cottage! Hoping to share some of the those adventures here on TH-cam if I can figure it all out
@@CottageFullofGrace oh my goodness PLEASE figure it out! My DREAM is to renovate an old farmhouse, or even to build maybe a pole barn house and just make it LOOK like an old farmhouse 😅....but I would souch love.to watch your renovation journey and know so many others would as well!
Great video! Yes, please share about schedules and children. I'd also love a video about daily rhythms and home education without putting unnecessary pressure on kids. I have three young kids and appreciate your wisdom.
I'm so glad to hear you want to know more about my thoughts! I will definitely work on putting this video together it's been on my list for some time!!
Gah! I just noticed a typo in my video, how embarrassing! I meant to write homemade baking POWDER, not baking soda....
Great video Jayme, thank you! Your voice is very soothing!
🥰 so sweet thank you! My husband always tells me I have a good radio voice 😅
