St. Thomas Redevelopment highlights all the positive happenings within and around the parish
off St. Thomas, Jamaica that is of historical and cultural value.
Often referred to as the forgotten parish, St. Thomas not only boasts exotic water venues such
as Raggae Falls, Bath Fountain and Roselle Falls, but also rich historical buildings such as the
Old Morant Bay Court House. There, the blood of many freedom fighters were shed in 1865,
which was later known as the Morant Bay Rebellion.
St. Thomas is the most easterly parish in Jamaica with estimated population of 98,000 to
150,000 pupils.
It has lush vegetation, mountain range and vast agricultural lands and and abundance of natural
resource.

Big up i am from the east brillant work keep up the good work thanks
I turned 31 yesterday and mi born come see the stay bad roads so I'm very excited for the improvement
Well needed developments

I am from st Thomas love it. I was Jamaica 🇯🇲 .in December. To January love it st Thomas my place
Weh you a seh!!! And you no let the channel know man... Anyway I trust you enjoyed your stay man of the soil.
I love it how passionate you are about the development and how excited u get with the development Bro !😄Makes my day every time! I do share the passion and sentiments..
I am hoping that in time , places like where I live will too get some attention as well..
But let's support and be happy for all the development that taking place right how on the island.
Saint Thomas deserves it probably more than anywhere else on the island as it has so much history. So rich in soil and cultivation . Has so many beautiful rivers , many seaside places , caves and natural attractions . Beautiful picturesque mountains.. and valleys. . so lovely people but yet soo neglected for closer to 80 years is my guess .. 🤔
I don't know this parish much personally other than driving through occasionally but I (like other Jamaican s ) know it's history and from hearsay.. 😊
Now because of the many developments , we can look forward to visiting in the near future and to enjoy this parish and it's beauty .
Thanks again bro for that update ! 👍🏾🪴
I am from trinity ville, I appreciate this video, from Gilbert blow, that road haven't been touch,,, God bless everyone involved!!!🙏🏽🙏🏽
Loool the commentary is everything. Big up yuhself, Trinityville my hometown the views are to die for.
Thanks for the update i hope to visit the area soon when the road is completed.
I just hope that all the water pipelines are laid before the road is asphalted. We all know in Jamaica that the Water Commission always come along when the road is finish to come along and lay their pipes. The roads will be back to what it was.
Blessings, I know your father, you a little younger than me you probably heard of me,,,, love the work you're doing,,,,bless up!!
💯💯 Beautiful..thanks for sharing..
I attend robert lightbourne high school formerly trinityville secondary for five years and graduated in 1986 that's 36 yes and it is overwhelming to see my parish getting a good face-lift meaning good roads thanks to the contractors
Wow!!! Louis I really enjoyed this comment of of your past and the time you spent at our beloved school.

Once again thanks for your video. Its always a joy hearing your commentary. Beautiful scenery.
I can identify with you my brother. I used to walked from somerset to Robert Light burn secondary school as well. Love the view and love what they are doing with the road. We need some more street light though.
Thanks for the chat too bro ! Thanks for sharing. I can relate . Rispek🙏🏾 Bless up 👍🏾
Thanks for sharing again. God bless.
You are welcome Mitsy 😊 Thank you so much for the feedback.
Lol, "Look at it!" Your commentary is hilarious, I love it! Keep up the good work brother, respect 🙏
Thanks for the tour man. For those of us who have been there, wherever 'there' happens to be, it represents our 'past', or a part of it, even though it be the present of those of our brethren who still lives 'there', and still has the potential to become the present, even if mainly physical present, of some of us who might yet return 'there.'
Nice mi love it. I hope NWC and the overloaded dumper trucks don’t mash up the roads.
Rohan that a very good ambition. But time will tell...Our local authorities will dig it up just to create work. Sad but true. Thank you so much for your feedback my friend!
Hey all I can say this is awesome, , wow I cannot 🤣🙈😎believe it , I so excited
Loving It!👏🙌
It's looking damn good so far. 👍👍👍👍👍
Looking good from my neck of the woods. This is the kind of Infrastructure development this Parish deserves.
Blessings my friend!! Our parish is experiencing never before seen development.
@@st.thomasredevelopment Great it can only get better.

Thanks for the updates
I wonder if Georgia roads will also be fix would be nice....
Love the talk
hope they finish them before the rain
Yes Troylat, 😊 welcome to the channel my friend.
I wish they could make the roads wider but I see that in some areas the houses does not give enough space for wider roads.
I concur with you Mitsy, it's has always been a problem... I don't think we a are a country of forward thinking people. Local authorities are only concerned about the money not the operation of the parish.
Do u remember teacher pale, Ms Fletcher Ms Johnson ect do u remember when we celebrate Jamaica independence at the school
When will you be going to white hall st Thomas.?
Great look 👌...Road passing the health center should be raised tho
😳😮👍
Yes Max, the future looking bright!
One thing concerns me though, I'm not any side walks, they have to cater for the walking public as well...especially kids
Very good observation 2cris2nv👍🏼
Welcome developments but why aren’t the roads made wider in areas it can be made wider? Too many Jamaican communities are unplanned hence the reasons for so many houses being built so close to the roadway..
You know Karl I always enjoy reading your comments. You don't just watch but you always give a first word perspective on how things can and should be done.
Hope dem nuh trouble the river though, that river is a vital part of the community is also serves others.
I see your site had been hacked. may need to look into that.
Hey Edward... I was a fellow TH-camr. I was just doing my part in getting his message out to the public
Good to see that something is being done but it would have been more commendable if the roadwork had been started in the area where people live and shop rather than in the non residential area.
These roads connect communities. Help people travel from their remote communities into the towns...I can appreciate that stretch of road...it was har to get to the communities that this road leads to.
I personally don’t think it a job well done it not looking good both side of the road needs bushing and the road is narrow
It's not finished yet maqrtin . I'm sure there'll be a lot more done in short order and later on too. It's currently a work in progress so let's see how it turns out when completed..
