Last time I was in Portland, it was embarrassing. We had to get out of the vehicle so many times along the journey, just so the driver could maneuver his way through the pot-holes as the bottom of the vehicle was scraping the ground with all our luggages. It’s a wonderful feeling just to see the improvements and by the way, I don’t know who “Gloria “ is, but you have most certainly delivered 😁.

Thank you for another amazing video. Portland is going on with everything, they are making good progress. You even past my late grandmother's house, right after you were going to stop but decided to go more and discover there was more asphalt. That is right at the begining of Kensington District. This makes me happy because we my family will be coming to Jamaica for a family reunion, and of course we have to go to Portland. This road here will make the trip so much more enjoyable.

Let me start by saying Portland is really beautiful 😍! The road looks good, very wide but I'm not seeing alot of fire hydrants or curb wall in some areas, if the road is sufficiently slant then probably a curb wall isn't necessary but definitely need the hydrants.
