6:45 - Someone is photo bombing you over your shoulder. :) Glad that the ER visit helped you feel better. I get nervous going to a new place for medical care. Were some of these cool Joann purchases made with that awesome gift card you got for Christmas? I've been looking forward to seeing what you get with it.
I get nervous too but I was familiar with the hospital system so I was still comfortable going there, even though the facility was new! Yes I did use the gift card! I think it’s almost gone now but I mainly just used it to buy more fabric for my tubie items!
i love your videos so much! i never realized how much making videos helped me cope with the reality of being chronically ill at a young age but you helped me realize that and making videos has helped me so much. i hope you are doing well today!!! thank you for sharing your journey ♡
I discovered your channel like a month ago and it’s been so informative and interesting, thanks for being so open about everything the ups ab downs , you are really transparent influencer and that’s very beautiful, whisking you the best for your business, your health and your channel. Don’t forget that even when you feel guilty about not doing much , remember you deserved it and your body needs it , so it’s the best. Love ya 🦋
Aww thank you so much that means the world to me!! Yes my body definitely needed that rest so and I am glad I ended up having a pretty slow week! Thank you for your support🤍
Rest days make me feel guilty too. I keep thinking of all the things I should be doing. However, like you, I made a trip to Joann and bought the same starry night fabric. I am planning to make a mixer cover with it. The bloat and pain are so miserable. Glad the fluids helped. I need to stop being stubborn and go for fluids more often. Hope he had a great birthday!
I know they shouldn’t make me feel guilty but it’s so hard not to feel that way! Omg that mixer cover is going to be so cute, I love the starry night fabric! Yes I need to be less stubborn too because fluids seriously make a huge difference. He did have a great birthday thank you!
I’m so proud of you for persevering and continuing to stay productive while feeling tired. I struggle the most with being productive with my POTS and chronic fatigue and it is bad everyday. Very frustrating. I’m glad the fluids helped you and hopefully the increased feeds help your energy! Caffeine seems to be the only thing that makes me feel awake for a couple hours but then my palpitations are terrible so I usually opt for sleep lol. But I have sleep apnea so it’s very unproductive sleep
Thank you!! The chronic fatigue is seriously so awful I’m so sorry you have to go through that as well. I honestly don’t notice a difference in energy with caffeine I just drink it because I like it😂 aww no not being able to have restful sleep is so rough too and just adds to the chronic fatigue. Thinking of you!🤍
I can relate to this. Check to see if you can get Mestinon (Pyridostigmine) to treat your fatigue. It's currently in clinical trials to treat chronic fatigue syndrome and exercise intolerance, and is already prescribed to treat muscle weakness. It doesn't cause palpitations. Vanderbilt Autonomic Dysfunction Center has repurposed Mestinon to treat POTS, so it could help you with multiple issues. Mayo Clinic has repurposed Mestinon to treat gastroparesis and intestinal dysmotility. It's super effective as a prokinetic.
i need a joseph in my life so bad like he’s the best 🥺 it’s been a rough symptom week for me too, i woke up dry heaving into my garbage can which is hella traumatic for me 😥 gastroparesis must feel like messing with people this week, im glad you’re powering through it along with your pots!
He’s is truly the best I am so lucky🥺🤍 I am so sorry you are going through a rough symptom week as well. Dry heaving is awful I’m so sorry. Gastroparesis needs to take an easy on us!! I will be thinking of you!
First! 😂 I’m sorry you had so much tiredness. I’ve been in the same boat. Although, I finally got to go to my GI appointment. They are giving me all the tests: endoscopy, colonoscopy, SIBO, H Pilori, and gastric emptying study. So…hopefully soon I’ll know what’s making me so sick!
I’m so happy you are finally on the road to answers! The tests are not fun and exhausting but I hope they are able to find out what’s wrong and get you on a solid treatment plan! I’m wishing you so much luck💛💛
Hey kenna ive been in a bad flare with my gastroparesis I’m having a procedure for it upper endoscopy on feb 2nd for them to see what’s going on and there going to be opening up the thing in my chest with a small balloon for my dysphagia and I have been having rough months
As someone who is dairy free because of my chronic illnesses my favorite dairy free ice cream is the Ben and Jerry’s non dairy chocolate chip cookie dough it’s amazing you can find it at most grocery stores
Went to the ER last night for fluids. They wanted to admit me but with all the craziness of covid I was scared and said no. May pay for that later and have to be admitted anyway but for now Im feeling better. It's also so hard balancing school and health. I want to take care of myself and go to the hospital if needed but then my school work will be comprimised. I understand feeling guilty for rest days.
The craziness of Covid is definitely scary I hope the fluids were enough to keep you going for now! I know how hard it is to try to balance school when you are sick. It’s so tough to find the right balance of doing what you need to do for school and doing what you need to do for your health. It’s so tough. I hope you are able to manage all right but don’t forget to ask for help when you need it!
Overall I had a good experience. I improved a lot for about 2-3 months after the surgery but then my symptoms returned just as bad as prior to the surgery. I don’t have any regrets though because I was able to have those few couple months where everything was nice and I feel like my nausea overall is better controlled because of the surgery! Plus I had no complications and it was a pretty easy recovery for me.
@@KennaKrueger Thank you so much for answer me Kenna K. Sorry but i have another question, did you take botox injection in the pylorus before G-POEM or you was directly on G-POEM? And after the surgery, how many times passed before your first meal?.Sorry for too many question but i am curious because most probably i am going to have G-POEM.
I did not have botox before. I had Botox back in February of 2021 after my surgery to see if it helped and I noticed no difference. I was on liquids and soft foods for about 2 ish weeks after the surgery I think and then slowly started eating more. I think I was able to start eating more food around 1.5-2 months after but honestly I can’t really remember
@@KennaKrueger Thank you so much again Kenna K. I hope i get early G-POEM, i have a medium grade gastroparesis but at least i can eat e be if I felt nauseous, pain, reflux, and other symptoms. I can only wish you all the best. Than you Kenna, you are so strong.

Hi Kenna, sorry dor the personal question but what is your experience about G-POEM? Some people really improved on it.
