Some of us prefer them even though they are annoying. There are already many that sew them in or on. I hope there will continue to be something for everyone. Sound is good, video clear. No problems. 😊
Sorry Angie, not everyone likes pads in their bras and swim. I remove them before I even try it on. If they are sewn in I wouldn’t purchase or would return. The pads seem to irritate my skin. Plus, I’m big enough already - don’t need to add extra bulk.

As I'm getting older I notice I wear my contacts less and glasses more because I get more correction and have been struggling with eye makeup.

I think your picture is clearer and makes you look even better! I didn"t notice a significant difference in the sound quality but I thought your previous videos sounded fine. I also ordered a Honey Love bra and sent it back. It was the most uncomfortable bra I have tried in a long time. It was too expensive to be so ill fitting. Thanks for all your honest evaluations; I definitely utilize your recommendations!
I pump the Timeless into the palm of my hand, rub my hands together and then apply to face, neck and hands. One pump does it all. I think that works as good as pumping onto fingers and trying not to let any slip through.
I bought the prequel vit c and sunscreen (reviewed) and wow I’m loving them both ❤❤ so good and affordable. It’s so weird how our skin reacts differently, I had no burning and absolutely adore the sunscreen.. thank you Angie

HI Angie - something to check on the sound, it appears not to be coming thru in stereo, sounds good tho so something to check. More important the NIXX eyeliner looks particularly good, looks wonderful on you. You are so right about very dark eyeliner especially on the lower water line and "aging" eyes. I've been looking for something else, and this might be it! Another gotta try!
@@AngieHotandFlashy Hi Angie--Just thought I'd mention too--I started listening to this video using airpods, and the right airpod had nothing but static. So I agree it didn't seem to be working in stereo--just the left side, while the right side was nothing but static. When I took out my airpods and listened to this video on the computer speakers it was quiet but sounded fine. Hope the info helps you pinpoint what's happening with the new set up! (To test I just tried a different video and it came through both airpods, by the way).
Sound and video have always been great and same for today. Nothing will beat my Alastin sunscreen....it has been the one that worked for me and no stinging ever. Thanks for all the reviews - always so good and so thorough AND honest! Have a great weekend!
re: prequelI actually really like the prequel sunscreen. I felt like the Elta MD hasn't been sitting as well on my skin lately and was looking for a new mineral-only. I used it post-peel and didn't have any stinging issues. I'm sorry it didn't work for you! I've also been using their barrier repair as my face cream (as you said, great value) and I just started using the Vit C. I feel like it is just slightly more viscous than timeless and I don't get a sting from it. I loooove the gleanser. Really liking the line!
I’m a big fan of prequel! Been following Dr. Sam on YT for a while and was so excited she came out with an effective and affordable skincare line! I know mineral SPF isn’t for everyone but I think she has a nice formulation. I agree it’s a bit shiny for someone like me with oily skin, but I’m still going to use it. I would rather be shiny than unprotected any day❣️
All my bras have removable pads. I like it because I dont wear the pads when I'm at home. Makes them nice a comfortable. You aren't supposed to wash your bras with pads inside, it ruins the pads. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and have no problems getting pads in. Thank you for the video.

I watch youtube on my PC with bluetooth headphones and the sound was only coming through in my left ear. I tested other videos and I the sound comes through in both. That being said, I love everything about you and your content Angie!
I have to tell you, I also miss Marc Jacobs eye liners so I took your advice, purchased the pencils from Sephora and OMG, they are AMAZING! I think I have like 4 colors already. A friend turned me on to Cakes to replace those horrible padded inserts in bras & bathing suits… these are a total game changer for me and I wear them everyday in my sports bras and even alone under my tank or pj top and even have fallen asleep in them. I’m actually pretty busty (34DD) and this product even works for me for great coverage and a perfect smoothing effect.
I recently bought DW after 25 years , I’m 69, skin must be properly prepped with moisturizers, etc. I also bought a setting spray from color pop with hyaluronic acid so the foundation doesn’t look as dry. I really want it to work.
Hi Angie! I’m glad to see you try the Prequel products. I’ve tried them and they all are my faves with the exception of the sunscreen. I hope they reformulate it. It also pilled horribly on top of skincare.
Thank you for mentioning that Beautycounter is an MLM! I respect how open you are to feedback and that you don’t review MLM products. I think the sound issue may be because the microphone is too far from you and off to one side. I also noticed a lot of mouth noises, which is common for microphones to pick up. I recommend getting a pop screen for your mic if you’re going to continue using it. I appreciate how you’re always open to comments and trying to improve the quality of your videos for your viewers!
Helpful as always! I am ALWAYS notified by TH-cam when there is a new video out, so not sure how others are having issues unless they are not subscribed. Also, have NEVER had the slightest issue with your sound or camera. Really look forward to your weekly videos👍🏻😊

Angie- thanks for pointing out the SPF booster/chemical UV filter in a “mineral” sunscreen. I find that ingredient stings my face and eyes as well and had been confused about why some “mineral” sunscreens cause stinging. I learned about it from Lab Muffin. I now avoid that sneaky/irritating ingredient and would be grateful when you do sunscreen reviews if you could point out which “mineral” sunscreens include it. I gave up on US “mineral” sunscreens and just use Korean ones now with no stinging. Also love the Prequel lotion- I use it on my face morning and night. Great for post procedure.
I totally agree with that ingredient butyloctyl salicylate stinging so bad. I also don’t buy any products with that ingredient in it. I’m actually surprised there aren’t more people complaining about that ingredient stinging their faces. Apparently it must not affect everyone the same way. I think it’s really annoying when companies claim their sunscreen is all mineral then they have butyloctyl salicylate in it…which is a chemical sunscreen ingredient.

I’m only a few minutes in. The picture is great, but the sound is much lower to me. I’m still able to hear it, so def not a big deal. I never noticed any sound issues before, but I’m glad you fixed the problem for others who had issues.

I believe Angie has mentioned a couple of times that her favorite device is her Omnilux mask … it’s effective over time, easy and relaxing to use, has a wide spectrum of benefits, and is gentle enough (neck bib part) not to irritate sensitive skin. Your favorite should be something that targets an area that you particularly wish to improve. Each person’s skin and issues, tolerances and sensitivities are just a little bit different. Definitely read the warranty and return information! 😊
Didn't have any problem before and this video is perfect sound, picture. Not everyone is going to experience the same same sound outcome based on which apparatus they have. It's all good here. Love your videos and look forward to enjoying them every Friday morning with my coffee.❤

I know this is late, but that Mac eyeshadow pallet is stunning! It had some perfect neutrals, even with a cool undertone. Typically I see all warm. Thank you! I'm also going to try that Nyx eyeliner color. Not too dark or light. ❤
I love the Honeylove bras! In fact, I need to order some more. They are so comfortable and uplifting for me, and I haven't noticed the side and backfat issues my old bras gave me. I didn't know Nordstrom carried them as well. I wash them on the handwash setting on my machine, and the pads have never come out or gone wonky.
Negative bras are the most comfortable I have ever worn. If you haven’t tried them you might want to. The crochet cover ups are so cute and look amazing on you 🩵🙌 Prequel has some great products. I’m still on the fence about the sunscreen. I wear cream makeup and also found it’s a very wet formula that doesn’t dry down. I’ve been mixing it with AG but it will probably get relegated to body which won’t take long to use up. Nothing really compares with Elta MD or Paula’s Choice.
Purchased and like the posey cheek blush. I had to reapply (layer) because it is very sheer. I also purchased the Mac eye palette and like it. It’s not very pigmented and I had to be extra careful about fallout. Pretty colors!
I’m combination/oily and I’ve been loving the Prequel sunscreen. For me it makes a huge difference to apply it in two layers and then just powder done my t-zone but I always do that.
I bought shapeware from Honeylove for a trip this past summer. TBH, I loved it. It was the first brand I tried that didn’t cause the fat to ooze out from over and under the shapeware. It was comfortable and I could wear it all day even when it got hot and humid. The bra was smoothing for me and luckily mine didn’t have the removable pads.

YES, sound much better! There used to be a hum in the background which made me stop watching sometimes. Sometimes it's just using a noise balancer or noise cleanup in post production when editing, but this sounds good. Thanks.

First of all you look and sound great. I’m 70 and I stopped putting anything dark in my waterline or under my lower lashes a long time ago. I can’t tell you how many older women still do that and it looks so harsh on them so I’m very interested in the NYX pencil. BTW, Chanel has just come out with a pencil that color which I saw this week on TH-cam. I’m betting the NYX is much cheaper so thanks for the info!

Hi Angie, never had any issues with the sound of your videos before however this time, I did. It’s as if it was mono instead of stereo. I thought it might be an issue with my headset but all other videos I listened to were fine. The intro music you used was ok, the issue was only when you were talking. Thought I’d let you know. 🤷🏻♀️
Three things: (1) The picture quality and the sound were fine for me. I did have to increase the volume a bit, but not much. In case this is helpful, you sounded a bit flat at the beginning (whatever the audio word is for 2-dimensional rather than 3-D), but that seemed to improve as the video progressed and I don't hear it any more at the end. Fyi, I play vidos on my laptop without any headphones or earbuds. (2) It was good timing for a faves & fails. With your new video schedule, every two months or so seems to be about right. (3) For what it's worth, Native deodorant doesn't work for me either! It was a good video. I really appreciate the effort you put into all your videos. Thanks!
Thanks for all the infor. Picture and sound were good, the only trouble I have experienced with the picture is when a product info pops-up on the screen it does slow down your picture. I have also noticed this on other YT channels, I just click it off (it will offer a choice when you hover over the insert).
Sound and pic are good for me, but they never were an issue here. Also, you mentioned in a previous video that you did not care for sunscreen on your hands. Neither do I; just too greasy. However, I started using Deborah Lippman's Rich Girl hand cream with SPF. It is not greasy at all and I use it if I'm going for a walk or to run errands. The sun is bright and hot in southeast Texas for many months. I also like her Steppin Out foot cream for dry skin and the Marshmallow Creme for exfoliating your hands. I use it once a week before I do my manicures at home. You may not need it since your have yours done at a Salon. I do not work for or get paid to promote her products, just found these and have stuck with them for a few years now.

All my bras have removable pads. I like it because I dont wear the pads when I'm at home. Makes them nice a comfortable. You aren't supposed to wash your bras with pads inside, it ruins the pads. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and have no problems getting pads in. Thank you for the video.

I watch youtube on my PC with bluetooth headphones and the sound was only coming through in my left ear. I tested other videos and I the sound comes through in both. That being said, I love everything about you and your content Angie!

A friend turned me on to Cakes to replace those horrible padded inserts in bras & bathing suits… these are a total game changer for me and I wear them everyday in my sports bras and even alone under my tank or pj top and even have fallen asleep in them. I’m actually pretty busty (34DD) and this product even works for me for great coverage and a perfect smoothing effect.

I recently bought DW after 25 years , I’m 69, skin must be properly prepped with moisturizers, etc. I also bought a setting spray from color pop with hyaluronic acid so the foundation doesn’t look as dry. I really want it to work.
I use DW and I’m in my 60s. Make sure your skin is well moisturized and use small amounts.
Hi Angie! I’m glad to see you try the Prequel products. I’ve tried them and they all are my faves with the exception of the sunscreen. I hope they reformulate it. It also pilled horribly on top of skincare.
Thank you for mentioning that Beautycounter is an MLM! I respect how open you are to feedback and that you don’t review MLM products. I think the sound issue may be because the microphone is too far from you and off to one side. I also noticed a lot of mouth noises, which is common for microphones to pick up. I recommend getting a pop screen for your mic if you’re going to continue using it. I appreciate how you’re always open to comments and trying to improve the quality of your videos for your viewers!

Angie- thanks for pointing out the SPF booster/chemical UV filter in a “mineral” sunscreen. I find that ingredient stings my face and eyes as well and had been confused about why some “mineral” sunscreens cause stinging. I learned about it from Lab Muffin. I now avoid that sneaky/irritating ingredient and would be grateful when you do sunscreen reviews if you could point out which “mineral” sunscreens include it. I gave up on US “mineral” sunscreens and just use Korean ones now with no stinging.
Also love the Prequel lotion- I use it on my face morning and night. Great for post procedure.
I totally agree with that ingredient butyloctyl salicylate stinging so bad. I also don’t buy any products with that ingredient in it. I’m actually surprised there aren’t more people complaining about that ingredient stinging their faces. Apparently it must not affect everyone the same way. I think it’s really annoying when companies claim their sunscreen is all mineral then they have butyloctyl salicylate in it…which is a chemical sunscreen ingredient.

I’m only a few minutes in. The picture is great, but the sound is much lower to me. I’m still able to hear it, so def not a big deal. I never noticed any sound issues before, but I’m glad you fixed the problem for others who had issues.

I believe Angie has mentioned a couple of times that her favorite device is her Omnilux mask … it’s effective over time, easy and relaxing to use, has a wide spectrum of benefits, and is gentle enough (neck bib part) not to irritate sensitive skin. Your favorite should be something that targets an area that you particularly wish to improve. Each person’s skin and issues, tolerances and sensitivities are just a little bit different. Definitely read the warranty and return information! 😊

I love the Honeylove bras! In fact, I need to order some more. They are so comfortable and uplifting for me, and I haven't noticed the side and backfat issues my old bras gave me. I didn't know Nordstrom carried them as well. I wash them on the handwash setting on my machine, and the pads have never come out or gone wonky.
Negative bras are the most comfortable I have ever worn. If you haven’t tried them you might want to. The crochet cover ups are so cute and look amazing on you 🩵🙌 Prequel has some great products. I’m still on the fence about the sunscreen. I wear cream makeup and also found it’s a very wet formula that doesn’t dry down. I’ve been mixing it with AG but it will probably get relegated to body which won’t take long to use up. Nothing really compares with Elta MD or Paula’s Choice.
Purchased and like the posey cheek blush. I had to reapply (layer) because it is very sheer. I also purchased the Mac eye palette and like it. It’s not very pigmented and I had to be extra careful about fallout. Pretty colors!
I’m combination/oily and I’ve been loving the Prequel sunscreen. For me it makes a huge difference to apply it in two layers and then just powder done my t-zone but I always do that.
I do notice the sound is better! Much less of that echoey tone and softer sound for sure! ❤ love your content! Stay well!!! ❤

I bought shapeware from Honeylove for a trip this past summer. TBH, I loved it. It was the first brand I tried that didn’t cause the fat to ooze out from over and under the shapeware. It was comfortable and I could wear it all day even when it got hot and humid. The bra was smoothing for me and luckily mine didn’t have the removable pads.
Why can’t every content creator be like you ! Being honest with your viewers - that’s what keeps us loyal ! You sure don’t look dated in those cover ups - Good for You _ Keep Rocking It Angie _ viewer for life_ We will find you - don’t worry !!!!

YES, sound much better! There used to be a hum in the background which made me stop watching sometimes. Sometimes it's just using a noise balancer or noise cleanup in post production when editing, but this sounds good. Thanks.

First of all you look and sound great. I’m 70 and I stopped putting anything dark in my waterline or under my lower lashes a long time ago. I can’t tell you how many older women still do that and it looks so harsh on them so I’m very interested in the NYX pencil. BTW, Chanel has just come out with a pencil that color which I saw this week on TH-cam. I’m betting the NYX is much cheaper so thanks for the info!

The straw handbag in this video is so adorable. The cover ups are absolutely beautiful. The sound only came out the left earbud until the very end of the video and then it was both buds.
Hi Angie, never had any issues with the sound of your videos before however this time, I did. It’s as if it was mono instead of stereo. I thought it might be an issue with my headset but all other videos I listened to were fine. The intro music you used was ok, the issue was only when you were talking. Thought I’d let you know. 🤷🏻♀️

Three things:
(1) The picture quality and the sound were fine for me. I did have to increase the volume a bit, but not much. In case this is helpful, you sounded a bit flat at the beginning (whatever the audio word is for 2-dimensional rather than 3-D), but that seemed to improve as the video progressed and I don't hear it any more at the end. Fyi, I play vidos on my laptop without any headphones or earbuds.
(2) It was good timing for a faves & fails. With your new video schedule, every two months or so seems to be about right.
(3) For what it's worth, Native deodorant doesn't work for me either!

Thanks for all the infor. Picture and sound were good, the only trouble I have experienced with the picture is when a product info pops-up on the screen it does slow down your picture. I have also noticed this on other YT channels, I just click it off (it will offer a choice when you hover over the insert).
Sound and pic are good for me, but they never were an issue here. Also, you mentioned in a previous video that you did not care for sunscreen on your hands. Neither do I; just too greasy. However, I started using Deborah Lippman's Rich Girl hand cream with SPF. It is not greasy at all and I use it if I'm going for a walk or to run errands. The sun is bright and hot in southeast Texas for many months. I also like her Steppin Out foot cream for dry skin and the Marshmallow Creme for exfoliating your hands. I use it once a week before I do my manicures at home. You may not need it since your have yours done at a Salon. I do not work for or get paid to promote her products, just found these and have stuck with them for a few years now.
