This video is interesting,but if you change second hand ECU with same program numbers only VIN is different usually this ECU will work perfect with erasing two key and reprograming in 15 to 20 minutes.If you have only one key "process of erasing is not good option 'You have go for option Add aditional key and mobilser and that chip in ECU will be match.Refurbished ECU is old ECU tested and programed with VIN order and usually you have to return old ECU and they will sell this ECU again.Buying new ECU coast money and programing usually coast more than second hand car.

New pump, filter, 50 psi, new oil switch, new crank and cam modules, new plugss, removed throttle body and cleaned, maf cleaned... But no fault codes either with pedal test or three obdii readers inc Xtool D7. I 'm suspecting a bad ecu. Your opinion pl ease!

You have described more or less all problems I have had with my Renault Clio 4 2019. The engine light is not on but the falt code is "df1017 comp, internal electronic fault". Does anyone know what to do?
I got U0100 Code: Lost Communication with ECM/PCM in Chevy Cruze 2012, it starts well, but the problem is that it doesn't catch speed and the max RPM is around 2.5k and it's normanlly shift on 3k, so I have to shift manually. I keep trying to solve other problems like O2 sensors, but this problem I can't fix.
I heard you say something about water damage, I recently washed my engine. I don't think I got the ecm Wet, But by having other opponents not fully dry, Could have if fried my ecm? Or did the water seriously fry most of my sensors?
Hey, i always thought mine was on the drive side of the inake on engine but then you showed it at the end with the soldier side and that looks like the one under the back seat connected to that fuse box so which is which🤷 Other then that i love your videos as i keep watching them. Oh yea, i got the 04 gmc envoy 4.2 straight 6..
2018, Toyota Camry SE 2.5 l. P0300 p0302 p0304 It has brand new spark plugs. It has brand new fuel injectors. I changed the coils and the same codes pop up. I checked the spark for the coil on the spark plug and it is good. The compression is good. I cleaned the mass airflow sensor I cleaned the throttle position sensor. Brand new fuel pump and fuel filter. I cleaned the 02 Sensor. I am not sure what else it could be. When the car. Is first turned on. It only has a little bit of a misfire. When I disconnect cylinder two, it will miss fire more. When I go to drive it, and I push on the pedal It will start to lose power. And miss fire 100% Then, after that, when I disconnect cylinder two, it doesn't make any changes as if cylinder 2 is dead. Everytime i turn off the car and turn it back on. The car is good again till i accelerate again on drive and misfires again
Thanks , my car shuts off when driven and the engin warms up, at first i taught all kinds of things from throttle body to others fault , but the mechanic said its the computer box that faulty but the engine starts normal but cuts off on long drive
3.8 L in 2006 Buick Allure 210,000 KMS car shut off while driving cranked no start had code P0650 No Check Engine came On? mechanic replaced fuel pump 3x coils & crankshaft P. Sensor- car which ran smooth before now after repairs drove poorly @ 1st after driving few 100kms drove great better acceleration still had code p0650 the whole time no check lite came on after 2 weeks driving the CAR Again turned off while driving But able to Restart it in neutral not if this ECU ??

Obd2 works fine keeps throwing the same codes for crank sensor and can sensor. After replacing them both.
Have you checked the wiring?
Does this also drain the battery when failed?

Can an ecu faulty just cause one o2 sensor to drop voltage at crank but read 3.3v when the car is off. Or could it be a bad sensor

When mine did that it was a cam sensor. Then another time it was my fuel pump.
Can it cause limp mode to set. Instantly after resetting the the computer.
