Salamat ‪@NinongRy‬ sa pal recommend nito saakin. Babalikan ko ulit ito. 👌🏾

Came across this video and I miss coming home even more. This is so filipino! The ambience, the kulob look of a house in the upper floor and turned the ground floor into carinderia, hindi na iniinit ang ulam pero masarap pa din. Tapos me nanonood ng tv sa gilid, me mga softdrinks na bote na ikaw na kukuha, sarap talaga sa Pinas.
Di ka makakahanap ng ganyan San ka man sa mundo pumunta.
Might look unhygienic to the West but for a filipino who grew up in this kind of set up and who takes pride of eating the best food, nothing beats this. This is my homeland culture and a truly unapologetically Filipino🇵🇭

Same concept as Anthony Bourdain's show. Keep on discovering humble eateries and their delicious food. Its proof that no one has to undergo training in prestigious culinary school to be able to cook food that are simply done but surprisingly palatable. As what nanay said it has standard process to come up with such tasty dishes.

Chef I'm from Malabon, but to be honest I've never explored our city. Would go there on my vacation this January, hopefully flights won't get cancelled again. Love watching your hole-in-the-wall adventures! - A nurse watching from Saudi!
