Hello!! I LOVE watching your videos and keeping up to date with all your adventures! So nice to see you back in NZ and hope you are staying safe during lockdown!! Look forward to seeing a new travel series when it’s possible 💖
Thank you so much Emma, so sweet of you to say 🥰❤️ We'll do our best to keep producing interesting videos even in this lockdown! Take care and stay safe 💕🙂
I just came back to the state from Taiwan on December 2019. It’s wonderful country and Taiwanese are very friendly and helpful. I would visit Taiwan again.
It's such a great place and you're totally right Wendy, friendly and mild mannered people who are so helpful and kind. We'd love to visit Taiwan again too 👍 Did you travel all around or just visited Taipei?
Peter and Yen It’s my daughters and I 1st time visiting Taiwan. We went all over the country and my husband as a tour guy. I love how convenient it is and I feel safe.
Will be back in Taiwan this September! My last visit was back in October 2019 - first overseas trip and fell in love with Taiwan. Very excited to go back! ❤
No thank you. Your people are a bunch of savages. You bulky, stalk and harass to name of few. And you see nothing wrong with it. You guys are soooo disgusting. I wish nothing but pain and suffering to this country and its people.
I was in the Navy and we stopped there. What a beautiful country. I was there in 1968. Beautiful people and very friendly. I spoke absolutely no Chinese. But they did everything to help me there. We were in Kawshung and took the train ti the capital.
Taiwan is an absolutely overlooked GEM!! I loved your awesome tour of Taipei and learned stuff even though we lived in ChiaYi Taiwan for 5 years. LOVE the NZ accent coming from those almond eyed faces!! Keep these great videos coming!!
This has a really nice fast pace edit. I like how you had managed to condense so much useful information and presented it in an interesting manner in a video that is under 12 minutes.
I used to live a five minute walk away from Daan Park - such a great location in Taipei. My flatmate and I used to walk along Heping Road, pick up a beer in the 711 closest to the Park, and walk the dog in the park chatting and drinking Taiwan beer. Maybe sounds a bit ordinary, but this is such a pleasant memory from living in Taipei, just friends and beautiful surroundings (and a pretty vocal puppy).
Sounds like such a lovely memory. There's definitely joy in the everyday simple things in life ☺️❤️ we went to that 711 heaps during our stay there too lol 👍
Recently discovered your Taipei video. Excellently done! I will be traveling to Taiwan 🇹🇼 September 2023! Heart 💜 felt nostalgia for me…I remember you dad…March …1972.
The architecture at the memorial area was amazing, wow - The walls go up so high with pure granite!! And the museum would be fun to check out, it's incredible they have stuff that ranges from 2000 years apart!!
Yen! Bad news! Peter has found a new love. She's quite colorful and she doesn't need plane tickets because she can fly herself😂😘 I've cried through the whole video. Its so beautiful there. That pork and rice looked so yummy😘😘 Peter that pork belly art is amazing❤ Why is it called the elephant trail? You two getting out of breath proves to me I'd have no chance getting up those stairs😱 Love you two very much❤ Thanks as always for sharing your journeys with us❤
Hahaha it was such a cool parrot and a really memorable experience 🥰 Taiwan was beautiful and lu rou fan became a staple diet of ours when we were there 😁👍 There's actually a 4 beasts trail and elephant mountain is just one of them. The other three aren't nearly as popular but they're tiger, lion, and leopard mountain. Not quite sure how they you those names though! Hahaha it wasn't all that difficult but it was really hot!! 😵 I shouldn't have done it wearing a jumper and Peter in his hoody lol 😅 We did a 500 step climb in Ninh Binh, Vietnam too and this one felt much easier compared to that 👍 You'd be all good if you tried it Jen! Just take it time going up 🙂 Worth it for the view.. I posted a picture of it to our Instagram account recently, was one of my favourites from the trip 💕 Thanks for always watching, commenting and supporting us hun! 🙏 Hope you're taking care and having a nice Easter weekend 😊
We're good thanks! Finished the third week of country lockdown.. one more to go unless it gets extended.. but yea that means for us we've been self isolating for almost 4 weeks already lol 😅 time has flown! Hope you'll enjoy the last two videos 🙂👍
oh! from all the things on this list we just skipped the nat. palace museum. back then we were more into outdoors :D elephant mountain = sweat what you haven't before! We wouldn't mind at all going back to Taiwan and spending longer time there! felt pretty much like home, but with so many interesting (and delicious) differences!
O totally agree yen really wants to go back too. We had an awesome time there and there are still many parts in central and south Taiwan which we haven't explored yet 😁👍 can't wait for the lockdown to be over!
Yen!! Love your sweater! All of our parks are closed right now and we would LOVE to escape to a place like this. That waterfall is gorgeous. It does resemble Niagara Falls a bit. Would also go for that street food. We are HUGE fans of Spirited Away and Studio Ghibli and would love to go there.
Thank you Maria! 😁 I had to buy it while on the trip coz Taiwan turned out to be quite chilly when we went 😅 oh wow parks closed? Taiwan was amazing, they handled the coronavirus situation so well and didn't require a lockdown. They were so prepared from last year the moment the first case in China was announced.. we talk more about it in later videos but yea definitely was a great place to be amidst everything! Never seen Niagara falls in real life.. would love to one day and imagine that it's like WAYYY bigger 🙂 Oooo yes!! You guys definitely need to visit Jiufen one day. We were so lucky it was that empty.. guess it's one of the only positives about the whole coronavirus situation 😅 normally super packed places are almost desserted..
Tong Hua Night Market is walking distance to my place in Taiwan!!! I think I went there at least 5 times on my last trip hehe. Hope you guys got a chance to try the tangyuan shaved ice there!
Oo we were there but since it was pretty cold we opted for a warm dessert taro ball soup instead. Must be handy living close to there, lu rou fan all day everyday 😂
Going back for the first time in 15 years and I’m so so so excited! Especially for the night markets and food. I am finally going to try the stinky tofu this time!
i visited Taipei 2 year ago, you guys introduced so many places i was not able to visit during the period to be there.. i feel regretted all of a sudden. i hope to visit all of the places in this video someday!
LOL love that braised pork piece at the museum... 😂 Ok Elephant Mountain definitely did not take me 15 minutes to get to the top.. LMAO. I was sweating bullets but sooo worth it!
Taipei is beautiful and scenery 👌🏽👌🏽 well shot and edited Peter! We could do some night markets right now 😢 but wouldn’t be able to eat stinking tofu 😷
hahahha new bff peter. wooooow the way the waterfall falls is soooo beautiful! nice drone shots! Love spirited away and it really does look like the place! Ooooooooo that braised pork on rice is the best!! "square-goodness" 😂😂 Liberty square and the Palace building designs are amazing. Shame you couldn't see the cabbage but the pork belly is so funny. We really need to take a trip out to Taipei, looks like lots to see and eat!
Hahaha he really loved that encounter with the parrot! It was rather special and completely unexpected 😁💕 Jiufen was super awesome and coz of coronavirus it was pretty much empty which made it even better! Don't think we'll ever get to see it like that again.. really wanted to go back but we didn't have many days left at that point. Honestly love that a piece of pork shaped stone is a national treasure 🤣🤣 even better that it's a few thousand years old! Maybe we need to do our YT crew meet up in both Taiwan and Vietnam haha 😁🤞
nice video, helpful for anyone planning a quick trip and trying to decide what to include/ and accomplish. Our three trips to Taiwan over the last 11 years have been a bit more relaxed with 17 to 21 days to see and do many things. (but at least there my wife doesn't worry about being "lost" since I lived in Taipei 1990-93 when studying at the MTC. I also love the small park next to the National Palace Museum, but my wife didn't know whether to believe me or not when I first walked her down the small trail and into the park area from the museum *it is down and to the right, behind the buildings and as you walk down hill on the small path you enter the park
Thanks for the park recommendation Brad, next time we visit we'll have to make a stop there. Taiwan 🇹🇼 is an awesome country for a holiday there's great public transport and lots to see within a small space
You guys are really fun to watch! Having visited Taiwan just once, and having local friends as guides wanting to share the "best of" places with me, I feel you are spot-on with your travel activity suggestions!
Hey Phil, that's awesome to hear thanks! We had some Taiwanese friends help us build out our list too with all their great suggestions 🙂 Where was your favourite place to visit? 🇹🇼
@@PeterandYen, nowadays I probably speak most highly about hiking in Alishan Old Forest, Hualien and Taroko Gorge, the river tracing experience (to cool off), and cycling around Sun Moon Lake. Also, candy shopping in Jiufen and seeing the lanterns in Pingxi. The Taiwanese J-1 students I get to work with during summer seasonal jobs at different US national parks always suggest ideas for my next visit there. Mainly Changhua and Kaoshiung areas. (Their home towns, of course!)
That's so awesome! We wanted to visit Alishan but it was quite far and we weren't there for all that long, same with Sun Moon Lake. But it's great, we can save it for our next visit together with maybe some of these other places you listed too 🥰 Thanks for sharing!
I agree Peter...Stinky tofu gets a bad rap... was expecting the worst based on all the descriptions, but was pleasantly surprised. Great vid and as always, learned some new places I’m definitely putting on my list😁
I remember watching Andrew zimmern eat it. Thinking wow if he's reacting like that it must be real bad... but yeah it was actually very tasty 😂 I must have strange taste buds. Glad you enjoyed the video mate 😁👍
I’m part of several enthusiastic groups who have adopted wonderful dogs from Taiwan that are called FMD’s (Taiwan Mountain Dogs). It’s common for FMD owners to have their pets DNA tested to determine their genealogy. Others travel to Taipei in connection with the adoption process. We would all be very interested in any videos you may produce focused on dogs that may have been street dogs in Taipei but are valued in the U.S. and other countries. I visited Taiwan frequently for business in the 1980s and early 1990’s and have a great love for the ROC. Thanks and happy New Year.
Night markets definitely our top thing to to haha, we should visit Tonghua Market next time :) miss all the street foods too...braised pork rice is so yum and flavorful YUM and we love Stinky Tofu too :)
I love your drone shots I’m still a Rookie. This park is cool with all of this wild life. Taipei is just so pretty. That waterfall us so pretty. You guys have great pacing in your videos.
It's been interesting for us finding that a lot of the parks in Asia are home to some very unique animals. It was the same in Bangkok too. It took many crashes for me to get decent with that droning 😅
Love watching waterfalls and that particular one at Shifen looks unreal. That's great of you guys to choose not to release the lanterns - that's admirable. Would love to visit Jiufen one day - big fan of Spirited Away (John) and will definitely need to visit the memorial hall on our next visit. Awesome list guys!
I'm a bit of a tree hugger 😁🌱 actually we're both quite environmentally conscious but ever since a young age I've loved animals and nature (Peter) Yall totally should visit it's an awesome spot that memorial 👍
I love taiwan! On my top 5 must go in the next 2 years.....so much things to go..places to go...love the outdoor activities which are places I love to visit! Just park and nature walk guy here! And of course the taiwan night market!! That's what lures me in! That mountain trail is going to be a good exercise!! Great top things to do!
Yooo evan happy Easter weekend. Hahaha yeah lucky I've got yen n the family around. Been playing a cool game called gwent on mobile too. What have you been up to, to pass time?
for a city Taipei has a great green area and that is a good thing those falls look cool oh a train down the middle of a street wow looks a great city to visit like those lanterns the tofu looks nice its no surprise that we never heard of some of the foods very oriental there building wise oh wow all those steps but cool view *😀🔍full viewed✅ supporting 🔎🎭✅ we gave you our like 👍🇦🇺👍😀*
Magical!!!! Taiwan is so beautiful! I had a solo trip planned for last March, a shame that didn’t push thru so I guess this video is an awesome consolation until I actually do get to visit 😊 I love how you’ve really claimed the food as “Balls Dessert” so I’m calling it that from this point onward LOL thanks for the video! ☺️🙏
😂 yen can be very "descriptive" with her food descriptions. Our parents watched the video and even they were like o wow Taiwan looks so cool we should all go there too. Hope you get a chance after all this lockdown stuff passes over 🤞
YASYYYY SO GLAD I CAUGHT THIS! Yassss finally!!! Been waiting for this one omg it looked so magical!!! I heard some familiar songs in there 🥰 OMG I love how y’all showed day and night time looks so cool! Crazy! I didn’t know that about the lanterns thanks for shinning some light ! This is what we should be doing so they will be more responsible with it. Lol at squishy ball things I call the balls too 😂 that pork rice literally ruined my breakfast I was having toast and now I’m putting on shoes to get pork from the store but it’s raining -_-
Hahaha glad you enjoyed it Sundai! 🥰 Jiufen was really awesome and coz of coronavirus it so empty when we went! Heard from friends and seen in their videos how insanely packed it is normally. Yea the lantern stuff is pretty sad, causes a lot of waste coz they just land in the forest and in the river and sometimes can cause fires or animals die from them coz they get trapped in the wires so even though they look really romantic and fun, just shouldn't do them but the place itself is nice with the shops, railway and scenery. Hahaha I have no idea the proper name for them ball dessert things so that it shall stay 🤣🤣
Heya cuzzy! 👋🙂 Unfortunately we didn't have the time to do a best eats for Taiwan! 😟 We do have some great food and eating in our vlogs though but not a whole episode dedicated to it this time. You guys seemed like you covered the whole of Taiwan pretty much! So awesome 👍 Hope you're all well and keeping safe 🙂❤️
I'm flying to New Zealand soon, and will have an 18 hour stop i Taipei, and this video has given me lots of tips about what to do and see while I'm there. Thank you so much for all the great info.
No worries thank you for watching the video. Taipei was one of yen's favorite places to visit during our travels. Would be nice to come back again sometime.
Shifen waterfall is beautiful!!! And the old street! 4 years ago I did the lantern thing at the tracks hehe. And of course you gotta go to Jiufen!! Such a beautiful place. You gotta get the taro balls there!!!
Xiangshan around sunset is a must!! Oh man we were exhausted and sweating like crazy after that walk in the July Taipei heat. Sooooo worth it for that view! Taipei 101 is a beautiful building
Definitely worth the walk. It's comparatively a lot easier than the ones we've done in Vietnam and waay easier than a lot of the walks in the Pacific islands. Those ones are real tiring 😅
Great video. Really looked for a lot of videos about Taipei and unfortunately there is a lot of sub par content. You guys have a great attitude and presentation style. Nice video, great edits, lovely dialogue and a lot of bright smiles. Thank you.
I'm surprised how green Taipei is. I can feel your pain of walking up 500 steps but seeing the view of the city from the elephant mountain is definitely worth it 😅
Haha it's definitely worth it. Wasn't as tough as the 500 steps up hang mua in Ninh Binh, but we were definitely so inappropriately dressed for it that it made us really hot and sweaty 😂 The view is mint 👌
Wow! How awesome were these 7 places to visit! I'm definitely going to put this down as one of the places I want to visit in future. You guys make it easy for me to build my itinerary when I travel hehe thanks guys! I cannot wait to visit all the places you guys have recommended! Awesome work guys as always👌🙏💕🥰
Thanks Marie! Best thing is that most of them are free too 😁 just need to suss your own transport out. Taiwan was unexpectedly awesome, really loved it and its prob quite an underrated destination. We hope to go back again too after all this coronavirus situation. Hope you're having a nice Easter weekend! 🙂👍
Peter and Yen ikr, thanks for sharing your videos anyway 🥰😍 a lot of people will be thanking you guys later once travelling is permitted 🥰😍🙏🏼 great job guys as always 🙏🏼😍💕
Oh you guys really gotta watch it ay.. it's one of the best films from Studio Ghibli, and they make incredible animated films! That Jiufen place was amazing.. I just posted some photos of it to our IG and had the toughest time picking what to post coz so many beautiful photos 🥰
That park at the beginning looked like Central Park NYC from above! Great that there is so much green space and nature close to the city - awesome combination. We can't wait to experience the food scene in Taipei - looks buzzing! - stinky tofu is top of our list. Can't beat a good viewpoint and we love a good climb - worth the reward guys - stunning!
Would love to visit Central Park one day! Yea it's always nice when there's an urban park smack bang in the middle of the city 🙂🌳🌿 You guys definitely gotta make your way to Taiwan eventually! It's an awesome place 🙂 Hope you're both well and keeping safe 🤞💕
No problem 👍 Taiwan is an awesome destination to visit. Yen is really keen on going back cause we still have so much of the country we haven't seen yet. Would make a perfect family get away
Oh that's good if that's the case 👍 When we were walking about though we saw the lanterns in the river so was thinking that's no good plus everything we had read about the volume of waste it creates, animals that get trapped in them and sometimes fires they cause so as fun and pretty as they look we didn't wanna add to the environmental stress and on video inadvertently encourage others to especially knowing all that as well 😅
I really love Jiufen, had you not mention it I probably would have forgotten to stop by there. Going back to visit this summer. They are famous for their tea and pottery. We left Taiwan before Spirited Away, so I wasn't aware of its connection to that, but that's even more reason to visit!
Love night markets Rice with pork 😍😍😍 Stinky tofu? We always hear that, they smell more than what they taste I don't know guys, I might try it but we would never get Lieles to try it lol 😆
Hahaha love it 🤣🤣 yes get Lieles to try it!! It is true though.. definitely smells way worse than it tastes.. that particular place it actually tasted pretty good lol 👍
The natural beauty of Jiufen is amazing! We would’ve enjoyed it more if it was empty like when you were there. It was crazy packed with tourists on our visit!
Ar bummer, we've heard it's crazy busy from others who've been there. Feel really blessed we were able to enjoy it peacefully. Such a beautiful location. Can imagine it's super magical when there are no people.
Always love your round up video guys! This Taiwan one is so far the best, I don't know why but I just love the footage that you guys took. Especially the sunset one, love the colour 😍 We would love to visit Taiwan one day, and your video once again, convince us to do so!
Thanks heaps guys, really appreciate it. It was one of our favourite places we've visited to date.. just so many awesome memorable moments 💕🙂 The sunset was epic with that view from elephant mountain 😍 We're def keen to revisit Taiwan again in the future 🙂

Remember we walked through Daan Park between Yongkang and Gongguan - love the peaceful feel in the middle of the city
Awesome as park with way different wildlife. What kinda animals do you have in central park?
Peter and Yen Rats, raccoons, squirrels, birds and turtles 😂. There is also the Central Park Zoo for more exotic animals haha
After this pandemic. Please visit my country again. Always welcome here.
Thank you 😁👋 yen and I are definitely planning on coming back a second time. 🤞 this pandemic goes away soon
Will do next month

I saving up $ to go this upcoming year.
I like how Peter is so jumpy and enthusiastic talking about the memorial hall!
We had to do that one a few times coz he kept forgetting the names lololll got a bit of a workout 🤣
Awww the macaw doing the little dance on Peter's shoulder is so adorable!
Sooo cute right?? 🥰
Loved Shifen Waterfall! One of the favorite parts of our stay in Taiwan
Definitely a beauty of a spot 👍
OMG I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THESE TAIWAN VIDEOS I'M SO EXCITEDDDDD
Taiwan is awesome! 👌

Honestly love that a piece of pork shaped stone is a national treasure 🤣🤣 even better that it's a few thousand years old! Maybe we need to do our YT crew meet up in both Taiwan and Vietnam haha 😁🤞
@@PeterandYen LOL this YT crew meetup country list is going to get bigger and bigger 😂
Hahaha it'll be epic 😁👍
nice video, helpful for anyone planning a quick trip and trying to decide what to include/ and accomplish.
500 steps seems tiring. What an amazing view!!! I now want to visit there after seeing this video.
😁👍 definitely worth the climb
Love Love Taiwan, greatest country on earth!
😁👍 Taiwan is awesome
@@PeterandYen Taiwan stay brave and strong!!
Jiufen on golden hour is sooo beautiful! And the drone shot is 🥺
Soooooo beautiful right... man I wanna go back
Beautiful! Was there 7 yrs ago. I went to the waterfall!!
It's an amazing place isn't it? 🥰
Loved the video! Thank you Peter and Yen!
No worries thank you for watching 🤙
When the best time we can visit Taiwan, without to much crowded thks guys 🙏
I love it. I am taking my daughter to Taiwan and visit family. We definitely will go to these places.
Awesome have a lovely trip 😁👍
Thanks
and happy New Year.
Your videos got us hooked on NZ and we finally made the trip for Christmas. So glad to see you enjoying our home in Taiwan.
Hahaha what a coincidence 😂 merry Xmas and a happy new year 😊 🎉 🎄
Spirited away or not, Jiufen is still an incredible place... soooo beautiful!!!
Right?? 💯💕
Night markets are definitely one of the top things to do in Taiwan!
💯 so many rows of amazing food 😍
Night markets definitely our top thing to to haha, we should visit Tonghua Market next time :) miss all the street foods too...braised pork rice is so yum and flavorful YUM and we love Stinky Tofu too :)
Yasss so good! The lu rou fan was a staple diet of ours when we were there 🤣👍
I love your drone shots I’m still a Rookie.
Taiwan is awesome, glad it's on your travel bucket list 🙂👍 we're definitely keen to go again in the future to explore other parts of it 😁✌️
Some sweet drone shots Peter👌 Love that one over the waterfall.
😁👍 cheers mate, this one was a lot of work to put together since it was so many days. Happy Easter weekend too!
Happy Easter Sunday Guys!! Hope your lockdown life has been good haha. I am trying to stay sane as I am living by myself lol.
Yooo evan happy Easter weekend. Hahaha yeah lucky I've got yen n the family around. Been playing a cool game called gwent on mobile too. What have you been up to, to pass time?
@@PeterandYen Thanks heaps! Haha cool as. Organising zoom meetings with friends and watching crime documentaries in my spare time lol.
for a city Taipei has a great green area and that is a good thing those falls look cool oh a train down the middle of a street wow looks a great city to visit like those lanterns the tofu looks nice its no surprise that we never heard of some of the foods very oriental there building wise oh wow all those steps but cool view
*😀🔍full viewed✅ supporting 🔎🎭✅ we gave you our like 👍🇦🇺👍😀*
Taipei was awesome yen and I really enjoyed our time there 😁👍 wide variety of things to do and so much beautiful stuff everywhere
First time watching one of your videos, and I am very impressed!
Hope you get a chance after all this lockdown stuff passes over 🤞
Peter and Yen maybe I’ll see your parents there when I go! That would be cool :)))
Thanks I love her outfits, especially those pants
Awesome!! Made me want to visit Taiwan again. 😁 Is there a Best eats episode for Taiwan?
TAIWAN #1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! going back in December best people i ever met
I like Peter's new friend, Taiwan looks like a great place to visit, I would want to see the museums there.
💯🙂👍
I'm flying to New Zealand soon, and will have an 18 hour stop i Taipei, and this video has given me lots of tips about what to do and see while I'm there. Thank you so much for all the great info.
No worries thank you for watching have an awesome time 😊👍
because of this video i cannot wait to travel to Taipei this year!
thank you for this wonderful vlog
No worries thank you for watching the video. Taipei was one of yen's favorite places to visit during our travels. Would be nice to come back again sometime.
Shifen waterfall is beautiful!!! And the old street! 4 years ago I did the lantern thing at the tracks hehe. And of course you gotta go to Jiufen!! Such a beautiful place. You gotta get the taro balls there!!!
O my gosh jiufen was incredible. Wanted to go again but we were running short on time. Might needa make another trip there another day. So pretty
Thank you.
Thank you for the kind words! We've made quite a few videos from Taiwan, hope you'll enjoy those too if you're planning on visiting 🙂
Love the tea house ...so amazing and beautiful
So you wanna go too mum?
that's for sure ...will be looking forward:)
So in details. Thank you.. Going taiwan on april 💜
We r going to visit Taiwan. And this cool video helped us with some ideas , thank you 😊
Hi what a wonderful video.
I needed some advise on planning a 6 day trip to Taiwan
Spirited away ! We haven't seen it yet. We have too
That place is sooooo beautiful
Oh you guys really gotta watch it ay.. it's one of the best films from Studio Ghibli, and they make incredible animated films! That Jiufen place was amazing.. I just posted some photos of it to our IG and had the toughest time picking what to post coz so many beautiful photos 🥰
You and the parrot make a good team haha
Hahaha that parrot was so awesome I was watching videos on parrot ownership afterwards
7:50 the memorial hall is sooo big! Imagine running up those steps
Rocky moment 😂
Very nice 🙋😊👍😊💖!
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it 😊
That park at the beginning looked like Central Park NYC from above!
Thank you so much for sharing Taiwan! Will put this in family bucket list :)
No problem 👍 Taiwan is an awesome destination to visit. Yen is really keen on going back cause we still have so much of the country we haven't seen yet. Would make a perfect family get away
Great video guys.. thanks a lot🙏
Your radio reminds me the best time I spent in Taiwan 5 years ago! Nice video 👍
Thank you! Glad the video was able to bring back some happy memories for you. Yen and I really enjoyed our trip too will need to go back sometime 👌
You two are adorable. I enjoyed watching you. I used to live there and planning on comback for long time. You made my come ASAP
😅 thanks glad you enjoyed the video. Feels like a long time since we were on our Asia travels. Looking forward to going back
Taiwan is AWESOME!
Haha elephant mountain hahaha 😂 that damn stairs - tiring right haha 🤣
😅 I get really sweaty but in terms of tiring it's so much easier than Vietnam. We went on some crazy trails in ninh binh 😂
Elephant Mountain, we both take turn carrying Eloise all the way to the top and down there lol but worth the view :)
That's a solid effort guys! Totally worth it for the view ay 🙂👍 Did you do any of the other 3 beast mountains too?
@@PeterandYen No, we didn't haha maybe next time :)
@@AnSEpisodes we didn't either lol.. pretty sure elephant is the best anyway 🤣
We agree 100% on the sky lanterns. We didn’t want to do it either
💯🌱 always gotta look after the planet
From what I heard, the government has started an initiation where people can gather all "done" lanterns in the forest in exchange for money.
Love night markets
Rice with pork 😍😍😍
Stinky tofu? We always hear that, they smell more than what they taste
I don't know guys, I might try it but we would never get Lieles to try it lol 😆
Especially the sunset one, love the colour 😍
We would love to visit Taiwan one day, and your video once again, convince us to do so!
Thanks heaps guys, really appreciate it. It was one of our favourite places we've visited to date.. just so many awesome memorable moments 💕🙂 The sunset was epic with that view from elephant mountain 😍 We're def keen to revisit Taiwan again in the future 🙂
