Yes you can use netherrack for the tower and cobblestone for the actual spawning platform if you want. And yes, this farm does still work in the latest version! :)

I found that leaving out the glass block under the endermite improves it also could I make the spawn platform a lot bigger
You could try making the platform bigger but it would just take the endermen longer to run to the middle if they are too far away. The goal is for them to spawn and drop down as soon as possible so that more endermen are able to spawn. :)
Hey so some of the enderman are teleporting out of the chamber, or I think teleporting out as they fall down, and end up on the leaf blocks around the bottom platform, is there a fix to this?
not sure why that is happening, but you can try placing water over the platform so that endermen can't be there
I mean it’s great but I think you could probs get more floors to it and if that doesn’t increase the spawn rate you can always build it so the island is out of render but I just flood the island on all my worlds and it works like a charm

I built it 250 blocks away from the main island. Will putting slabs on the main island increase my spawns any?

use water buckets and flood the island instead
I built the farm exactly how it should be but the enderman are dying of fall damage, do I make the fall shorter?
not sure why they aren't surviving the fall, but you should try making the fall a bit shorter and that should help

Soo I use the same blocks as u / smooth stone / and nothing is spawning I’m on hard and nothing spawns
Did you make sure the leaf bridge is far enough from the end island and that everywhere is spawn proof besides the top platform?

Yes, cobblestone would also work just fine!
the enderman spawning seem to be capping out at around 10 and not spawning anymore any reason you think why?
try to get rid of the endermen as soon as possible so that more can spawn
I'm on bedrock and did the exact same thing you did. for some reason tho they don't come down as often
Is the endermite at the right height? You can try to lower it a block but just make sure that it can't be reached by the endermen.

no, but they would be able to pick up the netherrack and start removing the platform
is there anyway to make it faster and have more enderman in the hopper area at once?
You could just make sure that no parts of the end island or anything else is within spawning range while using the farm.

Try moving the endermite down by a block, but make sure it still can't be hit by the endermen
if i spawn a endermite and im on peaceful mode will it despawn? if i also gave it a nametag
yes, so you must keep in easy OR don't use peaceful in the end, check if it's in easy or hard to make sure that it will not despawn, because if the end isn't loaded it don't matter if it's in peaceful or not, but once you enter if it's in peaceful the endermit will despawn even if with nametag

when i add a endermite it always disappear idk why.
Are you on peaceful mode? Or maybe the endermite is being attacked by the endermen? Make sure it is in the minecart at the right height and that it is also nametagged so it won't despawn.
u have to put a name tag on it so it doesn’t despawn
why aren’t there many endermen spawjng, do i need to put water all over the end island?
You shouldn't need to place water unless the island is still in render distance. but if you want you can try that and see if it helps
What do i do if the enderman keep telaporting out of the kill chamber
Where are they teleporting to? Make sure there are carpets on all the solid blocks and that the chamber has the roof 2.5 blocks above the ground.

No, endermen can't pick up normal stone blocks which means you can use it to build this farm if you want. :)

You could if you really want to. But I think you should also at least make the floor where you stand on out of solid blocks, so you don't accidently break them while punching the endermen.

Make sure you have it at the right height, since if it's too low the endermen will be able to attack it.

Yes it does, but the rates might not be the same as on Java edition.
Can I build an extra floor just under the roof so that their spawn rate will be doubled?
You can try but I'm not sure if that would work since the endermen need to be able to see the endermite, but not able to attack or move it.

Yes! This farm works on bedrock edition, or pocket edition. :)

I haven't tried it but it should since education edition works similar to bedrock edition :)

No, because then the endermen will start picking up the blocks. You could use something like cobblestone which is also really easy to get lots of. :)

Yes it does! Just make sure no one else is in the end while using the farm since that could interfere with the endermen spawning.
Can you kill the enderman with a troden killer
yes you could, but the endermen only have half a heart after the fall, so its just easier to punch them once

Why leaf blocks?
Because they are easy to get and also dont allow endermen to spawn or teleport on them. :)

I would rather do wood because enderman can't pick up wood
you can use either cobblestone or wood since both can't be picked up by endermen!

Did you build the bridge far enough from the end island? Also check your difficulty to make sure it isn't set to peaceful.

why 9 blocks out, endermites will aggro endermen up to 64 blocks away
Good question! Because if the platform was bigger, then the endermen would spend more time running on the spawning platform, which would make spawning slower. The goal is to get rid of them as fast as possible so that more can continue to spawn. :)
