    This Workout is hard-CORE. I haven't sweated like this in a long time. Thank you so much for the super content Pete! Kayaking is such a great sport!

    Wonderful strengthening that would help any activity! Pete The Meat, you can't help but love this guy! Kayaking is a great sport for all bodies.

    Just started to get into working out so i can kayak this summer. Are there stretches i should do before or after? or are these considered stretches?

      Check out "open book stretch", it is a really great stretch for the body, especially involving kayaking!
