I 100% agree even know hes annoying sometimes he is usually in a lot of mario games where mario does not save peach and in this games he usually helps mario!
There exsist evil lakitus and good lakitus.
Biggest reason (even for all the other koopa enemies): he is related to bowser and is told to stop or even kill Mario but like all the other koopa enemies, they only slow him down because king koopa and his house family are the only koopa a that are evil... sort of.
