Great finish on a tough track! Thanks for coming out to Wake! Really hope we get to see the CARS tour again. The cockpit view really gives you an appreciation of how close everyone was the entire race. I was expecting way more pushing and shoving

Glad I finally got to watch you race live! Thanks for putting on quite the show! And thanks to your dad for making the video just as entertaining. What did you think of it only being 125 laps? I felt like as good as the racing was at the end that it should’ve been 150-175. Quarter mile track laps tick off quick when it’s going green!

Yep, I couldn't come to Wake this past weekend to watch, but you are right it is a bullring. Great job Landon! One place out of a top 5th place run where things could have been a lot worse. Amazing job holding your own when the car was a bit off the right gear and with little to no brakes toward the end. Way to battle back!!
Glad you finally made it here! Wish I could have been there. It's a tight track and tough to pass. Qualifying good is very beneficial. Great run though!
Awesome stuff! I've wanted CARS at Bowman-Gray for ages, but just seeing how narrow the track is at Wake gave me anxiety! Though y'all probably raced much cleaner at Wake than you ever could or would at B-G. Great content as always, hoss! Happy you finally made it to Wake this year!

As much defensive driving required as offensive driving at that track. Bet it was difficult to go to sleep after that race. Solid finish! Car is in one piece!
Place is insane
6th is not bad and when you frustrated with 6th you are doing something right. Car was turning good at beginning of race but looked tight on entry at the end. It appeared you were faster than Chad. He was backing up entry to stay on bottom, so would've had to move him to get that position.
boy they use a lot of bumper at that track, nice Race maybe the next time.

Do you think if you were opening up your entry getting into the corner you would’ve been better the 04 got by you and he was running a way wider entry and getting a straight run off. Who knows you could’ve been battling loosen all night and that’s why you were driving it that way. Great Ron great win last week. You’re doing an awesome job. Obviously you learn a lot from watching your in car info.
I needed to open entry in order to be better but I couldn’t get the car stopped on entry which was making it tougher. We didn’t have enough gear or engine brake. Still partly on me yes after watching the race back

I notice every asphalt guy drives a car like this, and I'm asking because I've never driven one of these cars. On a little place like this, once the throttle has been totally dumped on entry to let the car settle, it takes so much time to get back up to rpm to get up off. Are you having to kill that much mile an hour getting in to turn, like the car is just that tight, or is there that little amount of mechanical grip that the car has to be driven that soft? In my head if a guy could back the corner way up, not charge in quite so hard, but carry a similar mile an hour to the center, the exit would be so much faster because you could get back in it so much quicker. Obviously you're turning good lap times, it just makes me wonder if the car would race better through traffic if it was freer getting in so you could square up and come off lower and earlier

Did your dad ever race against Butch mock,dick Anderson or Gary balough I grew up at the Hialeah speedway now closed they were the up and coming fla driver's in the 70s
