    The first point about being attached to your alone time at night hits home 😂 I know I would benefit from more sleep but I love staying up and reading. But I’ve always been a night owl. My mom says I’ve been that way since I was a baby and guess I never grew out of it. But your video made me want to try to at least go to bed a little earlier, even if not as early as you. And this whole video was very inspiring. Saving it to watch again when I need inspiration. Thank you ❤

      I do try and get myself in my bed by 8:30 to read for 30 mins before bed because I love that wind down but it is indeed a white knuckle discipline. I think it’s important to remember this is just a season too. I might not always have to have a 9pm bedtime in a few years when my kids learn to enjoy sleeping in but for now it’s really important for me so I can show up and be the best mom and wife.
