I have couple of questions below. - Can you skip the rice vinegar wine/ Chinese cooking wine, or replace it with rice vinegar. I don’t consume alcohol. - Can you add the corn starch to the sauce instead of making a slurry and then adding it nearly at the end. What’s the purpose of the steps. Thanks 😊

Its February 2024, DELISH! MY REMINDER IS DONT FORGET TO Put white rice to cook, 2 CUPS OF RICE JASMINE RICE AND 2 2/3CUPS OF WATER😋. FOR THIS RECIPE i used regular cooking wine(will get rice cookin wine on my next trip), used"Vegetarian Oyster sauce" (that can only be found in asian stores 🤷♀️) and on the SAUCE i only used 2tbs vs 4 of soy sauce to make it less salty, STILL CAME OUT VERY delicious😊 still SALTY TO MY TASTE (BUT RICE WILL DO IT RIGHT ✅️ ) maybe my store bought Bone broth was too salty too 🤷♀️. Also since its healthier for veggies to be less overcooked, i just dump the veggies straight to the wok ;) still came out GOOOOD! WROTE THIS RECIPE AND WILL COME AGAIN TO TY😊. YOU WILL MAKE ME LOOK LIKE A PRO IN MY KITCHEN 👌 🙆♀️
it seems that i love the dishes you love, so it is such a pleasure. it is a great recipe when homemade but i do not eat panda to often but this is my fave. your voice tone is endearing and the way you talk is home..so soothing and unpretentious. new fan.

And for beginners like me, who didn't know what slurry is, its equal parts water and Corn Starch (mix mix well before pourring in wok). For this recipe i used 3tbs of corn starch and 3tbs of water, worked well, pour half in and then pour more dependinghow thick you like the sauce, YEAH U CAN PERSONALIZE TO YOUR TASTE😊. And idk whats the difference between light and regular soy sauce but i used Braggs Amino Soy sauce, supposedly its better 🤷♀️ i honestly dont know, but i normally do use that brand siy sauce show here as it has less ingredients, VERY IMPORTANT FOR YOUR HEALTH TO LOOK AND KNOW WHAT ARE THE INGREDIENTS IN ALL YOUR FOOD 😉
I have made this recipe several times now. It's a new favorite! Thank you for sharing your cooking talent. P.S. I had to hunt down the Shaoxing Cooking Wine at my local Nam Dae Mum Farmers Market. It made all the difference. The first time I used Rice Vinegar instead (it was good), but so much more flavor with the cooking wine.

combined this with your velveting technique and left out the zucchini only because I didn't have any but that sauce is AWESOME
