"used in identifying stakeholders"..I think of the word "used' as a tool for identifying stakeholders. I did not choose the stakeholder register as this is in output in the "Identify stakeholder" process.

Good point. Sometimes they may not be as literal especially on the new exam. You have to choose the closest related item.
