I think the balconies with the bedrooms and the jacuzzi are not private at all, people from the working building can see it clearly, especially the jacuzzi, are the house owner willing to be seen while enjoying the jacuzzi?

pointing nothing about the agent there , great video and work. sorry to say about the developers design, the wet kitchen is a huge disappointment, there's a huge luxury-cheap contrast between the living and the wet kitchen. its like suddenly walking into an old hdb flat. the bi-fold aluminum door and the bath room sink... speechless. and those cheap looking 20x60cm tiles are effortlessly basic. there's no way a 22m$ dollar house treat their helper in such manner. not a wealthy character. seriously for such price tag, Singapore "id ah bengs ah lians designers" got to stop following each's other and complying to their contractors. they should study beyond this small red dot. there's a difference when people work for money and margins, and deep passion and reputation.

Great video..but i think the i.d really did a bad job with the amount of space given. Sorry if i hurt anyone with this comment...but recently i have watch alot of USA video on thier houses and i have to compare as this apartment is really a very expensive one.if someone who can afford 22 million im sure they can afford to change the i.d completely.

We found the ID quite tasteful. Renowned desginers and architects went to work on the place so. Perhaps its subjective

I agree - the whole place lacks personality and basically looks like a standard condominum in Singapore, except with presumably more expensive furniture - which feels like such a huge waste of 22 million. There isn't a distinct style and the pieces all look kind of basic contemporary; they don't clash and have a clean look but that's it. I don't know what supposedly renowned designers did this... it's just a generic-looking condo with more space... but I guess this is what suits most Singaporean millennials' taste???

Okay. Show us a place with personality for reference Jocelyn. The Designers are pretty famous you know.

@@jocelyntan5584 not me. I'm a millennial and I prefer light Scandinavian tones. These dark stuff is so urgh. Anyway 22m, will take many lifetime to afford this home.

Private but not so private jacuzzi. A whole section of the commercial wing has full view of your spa time.
