  • A DIY step by step tutorial for beginnners on how to remove the front bumper on an Audi TT Mk1. Mine has a coolant leak so I want to take a look at the condition of the radiator.
I was surprised to find that the headlight washers had also been disconnected by a previous owner!
You need the following tools for this job:
    Axle Stands
    Trolley Jack
    T25 Torx Bit
    T30 Torx Bit
    10mm Socket and extension bar
    Screwdrivers
Happy to answer any questions below and please let me know how you get on with the job!

@@andycharger 225 Bam 2002 Avus silver with Anis yellow leather. It’s standard just working my way through doing maintenance. For example new front to rear brake pipes are next up, then a refurbished rear sub frame. Keep up the good work with your channel🙂

Radiator is right behind the bumper. Perhaps you have punctured it?

Definitely a 10. It’s why they all vanish from our toolboxes. Check they are not rounded off or rusted. Give them a squirt with WD or penetrating fluid to get that loose stuff off. I hope you get it sorted 👍
