Rather than use such a home-made lousy engine, I'd rather buy it from professionals. Winding the rotor and assembling parts from an old engine means nothing. Of course, this "inventor" knows nothing about the fact that the rotor should be at least statically balanced. And I'm not talking about the need for dynamic balance at such speeds. The engine is spinning, but the speed is far from what the gauge shows. Why doesn't the display show right from the start of the measurement? Well, it can't, because the data is meaningless and does not correspond to reality. Although the engine assembled in this way rotates, the question is, for how long? Before the bearings are destroyed and the engine shatters! And I'm not talking about other "engines" from this "creative inventor" blinded by pieces of plastic!
