Interesting discussion. Please could you speak about the effects of fibromyalgia on eyes?

very interesting topic that hardly anyone is talking about! I have serious problems with my eyes that appeared slowly and worsened over the course of 4 years. I will have strabismus surgery in a month! The fibromyalgia pains appeared at the end of 2021, one month after the brain aneurysm surgery detected by accident due to the eye problem... He was not the problem to the eyes! I refused treatment for fibromyalgia, it is for pain and not for the eyes, my opinion, no one talks. I still have pain but bearable now. I walk a lot and take a lot of vitamins. It all started with the eyes!..

I am so relieved i came across this video, i have C PTSD which then led to chronic pain, Fibromyalgia and CFS. I have severe insomnia due to C PTSD. During the day i meditate alot to help keep my fight or flight feeling at its lowest but i cant do this in my sleep, now i hate going to bed. I take Sertraline for my C PTSD, tried FDA meds for Fibromyalgia which made me feel very depressed. Id like to stay on my Sertraline but not sure if i can add in a sleep aid like Trazadone or the med you mentioned that helps block the fight or flight in my sleep. I will contact my GP tomorrow (live in UK). Any advice how i can present this information to my GP would be very helpful.
    Thank you ❤
