Please don't use vechile immediately after water wash, it may damage sensors. Let it dry for 15 to 20 mins

Bro BS6 has some additional control on the emission parts compared to BS4 also almost all bs6 two wheelers are fuel injection system now. So you need to maintain almost 2 to 3 liters of petrol in vehicle since if you run on low fuel indication it may damage the injector. I'm getting 52 kmpl and sometimes 55 kmpl on my dio. It should be a close range to BS4 dio i beleive. However nowadays you don't have a option to buy a BS4. In my opinion both are good

Bro Dio bs6 2020 model la some extra sound problem neraya vandi la iruku, i changed the gear oil and shell engine oil 10w30 and post that the extra sound was not coming also continuously using only shell petrol so mileage um 55 to 56 varthu.
Service centre la konjam seriya paka matranaga bro. Just try the above also have a water wash atleast 45 days once. Which got rid my issue.
Try the above hope it will reduce the noise
