Looking to get the top of the range model once everything is back up & running, the only two problems I have with that does, is if you didn't have the seating the water level would be the same as with the seating so you are loosing a lot of water volume, also when the air jets are on the pump doesn't seam to have enough umph all the way around, the side opposite the pump doesn't get a lot of air bubbles. Maybe if the sides were raised to increase water volume it would be better off, plus when you say it can hold so many i would have to disagree four comfortably unless you're all 3ft, I'm 6,5 so if I'm stretched out I'm not going to get another four people in that tub.... But when covid has settled & my patio is complete ill be ordering 😁
Can you help we have this model when it hits 40c and we get in, we push the 2 button on for jets and hydro but the heat 🔥 goes down fast and never put heat back in am I doing something wrong or is this normal? I did noticed when u push the 2 buttons for herd etc the heat button goes off please help
Normal ones are a bit cheaper to run. There's no way we get 4 in ours so you won't be getting 7 in that. 😂. Apart from the rediculous claims of seating. It's been fun owning one. Ps keep the temp on these to 42 ° like mine or it's not hot enough in cooler weather.
Hi, congratulations for the video. I wanted to ask you something. I purchased a Bestway Maldives Hydrojet Pro. I notice that the water filtering power is very low. In practice it seems that nothing comes out of the filtered water outlet. In my opinion this function would make the application of products inside the chemconnect useless. Can you explain to me how this filtering system works or if it is normal for a small amount of water to also come out of the hydromassage nozzles when the filtering system alone is turned on? Thanks for any response.
Would be more appealing if seats was removable 30 mins to fill yea if u got a fire engine to hand my Miami took over 2 and half hrs and that’s smaller.
Hi Frances, Most Lay-Z-Spa hot tubs are actually not too high so you would be able to rest / seat yourself on the edge as you manoeuvre into position to get in & out.

You have to buy the foam mats. Buy the kids ones the are cheaper and thicker and harder wearing aim for at least 10mm. You'll need at least 2 pks for this one.

Hi Arron, All our hot tubs allow you to use the AirJet and Rapid Heating System at the same time. They also let you use the HydroJet and AirJet massage systems at the same time (On HydroJet Pro models). But you cannot use the HydroJet and Rapid Heating System at the same time. Anyone got an idea of how to lower that sound when air jets are on? It does sound like it's taking off :) - Not relaxing when in a quiet evening. Example: can we wrap the pump in some silicone or other insulation material? I've noticed holding your hands on the pump sides will make is a bit less buzzy...

Thing is you can't get spare parts for the heater pump unit. So if your pump breaks you have to buy the whole unit . Bit shitty really. I used mine 10 times next year didn't use year after 5 times and the pump packed up .
I just bought one of these and installed it. Instructions are terrible and they do not really mention how to use the hydrojets or the chemconnect and the foot massager isn't mentioned at all! I thought my hydrojets and the lights were broken for the first few days, until I worked them out. Terrible guidance really. If I was given the knowledge, I could create a useful user guide in a few hours. I see most peoples queries stem from the very poor instructions. Please can someone kindly explain what/where the foot massager is and how you use it as I'm at a loss. Also, I looked up your chemconnect video and it doesn't explain how to use it properly, it just glosses over things. Thank you.
I believe the foot massager refers to the ring of jets in the centre - if you treat the inflatable parts as seats then the bit in the middle is a foot-well. You're so right about the instructions though; i still cant get any of the jets out to fit the damn lights!
hi I just bought this hot tub ..but I filled the tub with water but didn't realise that the hose was dirty with mud on it it has left a scum mark around the inside of the tub whats best to clean it off ive tried few sponges but seems to be ingrained on ..can some one help me to clean it please ...thanks

I just bought one and found the instructions were terrible and never mentioned a few things. The 2 LED lights that were also hydrojets did 'not work' when I first set it up, but just yesterday, I found the solution. The lights will not work if the water flow of the hydrojet is too low. The flow power of all 8 hydrojets can be controlled from very weak to very strong by twisting the outside of them from far right/clockwise (weak flow) to far left anti-clockwise (strong flow). As if you were going to unscrew them, turn them anti-clockwise until it stops and you get slight resistance (any further will unlock them from removal). Within an instant, my hydrojets increased in power ten fold and the lights began working for the first time. If you've worked out the foot massager, please let me know as I'm at a loss what and where it is lol!

Twist it to the left until it can't twist anymore, then pull. it's a lug lock so it will twist and pull out in 2 motions. It can only be put back in in one way so maksure to align the lugs with the correct fitting on the back
Just have a question I am disabled can you sit on the side to get into it as I am a amutee Getting in and out would be very different if you can’t sit on the side ?
How do you install the power jet lights in the middle of the spa? Quite frustrating watching the set up video as it doesn’t give enough detail , appreciate an early reply from anyone whose successfully done this
I can feel your pain, for this reason, I went back to the store where they had one set up and played with that one until I figured it out. So, you can turn the nozzles to lower or increase water flow, but on one side you can go a bit further (need a bit of effort with your fingers) and "click" it's then free to remove. On that setup video with the woman replacing it looks like she's just removing it instantly without any effort.
Be patient with chemicals, we lost an extra week due to a bad start, tried to fix the water afterwards (3days after) without luck. Changed water, started with ph testing and did a chlorine shock. Waited a full day, tested pH, lowered the pH and next day ready to use. Now a week in, been using some multi-functional tablets and testing ph frequently - so far so good.
Hello, Unfortunately we do not recommend leaving your spa in ambient temperatures of less than 4 Degrees Celsius as the water may freeze in the pump and cause damage. Many thanks, Ben
As an FYI Vsdelespace I’ve had mine out all over the last 2 winters and been sat inside while it’s snowing and on the ground ;) as long as the water is above 4c when you fill it then it heats -!looking at upgrading to this one as my Miami has served me well over the past few years
Sure you can, but you have to keep the heater on, so when you don't use it every day, then you must reset the pump every 72 hours. And i would put the tub under a little tent for a little more protection from the cold and snow. And that heater wil be waaaay more on than in the summertime, so you better keep an eye on the electrical bill.

In the US they are known as saluspa and come in several different models (ie Miami, Tahiti, Paris, Coleman, etc.) but none of them have the square config as the Maldives, they are all round. I have the miami and am on my 3rd season with it and have a review on my channel.

( READ IN FULL BEFORE BUYING THIS TUB ) …...the seats are fixed in place and are built into the tub the pillows are detachable and can be placed where ever you want by straps ...the straps have already snapped with me total crap design the lights can be placed in any of the 8 water jets ...and can be fixed colour by pressing a button on each one .however when you use the lighs in place where the jets are the water pressure coming out is reduced to about 30% ..also crap design cos they pop out when ever they want to and extremely hard to turn to regulate the water pressure ..iv had a hell of lot of problems with this hot tub ...oh yes also the pump seems to have error codes coming up from time to time which stops the machine working full stop ...fucking shit design full stop …….I also forgot to say the lid of the tub which gets inflated leaks as the valve is crap ...SO MUCH CRAP WITH THIS HOT TUB ….

due to it vibrating off the floor it is very loud and unfortunately, you are not able to turn it down
It's not that bad. But don't put it on after 9pm if you have close neighbours. I live in an apartment.
