I prefer vintage water (tanner over dyed). You are not lazy, you are VERY busy!!! I love 2 because I’m afraid the ink on the pattern will stitch to the vinyl. I love the idea of clipping a luggage tag on a tab on the side of the bag. This allows you to look at the info about the project without opening the zipper.

To do the new Primrose Cottage starts, I like the more beigey color, Vintage Smoky White. I think it will make your white houses show better than the grey-ish color. For project bags, I LOVE love love a vinyl front bag, the #1 bag. That way, I can see immediately where I stuffed a certain project. I am notorious for putting something in a bag, and then I can't find it! 🙃

Congratulations on 15K! For project bags, I prefer no vinyl with a zipper on top or front. For your fabric choice, I like the light tan color, but I think either of your choices will turn out great. I often cannot picture a pattern on a different color, but then someone stitches it and I love it.
I like the smoky white fabric. I'm a #1 person. But it's the fabric itself that I would go with so it could be any one of the three. The Hello Spring pattern you're doing is so cute. Can't wait to see when it gets finished
I like the creamy background for the Star Spangled Banner and Patriotic Picnic pattern. I love that you use Aida in a lot of your work. I’m just getting back into needlework after a twenty year break (quilting). I know I will try linen one day but not now. I love your platform, can stitch or sew while watching, grab my pad to write something down, then continue. Maybe one show you could go over the different brands of threads. Currently I’m using DMC for most of my wips but am trying Sulky on Forget Me Not by Modern Folk Embroidery (one color). Keep up your smile!

I stitched Star Spangled Town, Happy Independence day, and I used the mushroom fabric, and I have some of that vintage smoky white linen and I would probably go with that one. I make # 2 fabric bag with the front mini charm pack, that is what I like to make. Have a safe journey .

I choose the middle one you showed. Second one. It looked pink and grey on white. Think it will look so good stitching the village on to it. I have done the see true bag, but the top zippered is a good one too.
I think you should use the browny toned fabric and neither of those white background ones. I like solid zipper top bags... no vinyl #3. Have a great time!

I stitched mine on a creamy background and I really like it but I would say vintage smoky white before the gray. My favorite is #1 with the vinyl front but I also like #2 but I do really look at the fabric too to get ones for different times of the year to match the projects. I don’t think you are “cheating “ on your WIP commitment with the Primrose designs as most of them are smaller like the Lori Holt stitch cards. And, since you started the few small ones on the cream/ ivory Aida, that is the fabric I would stay with, so they all coordinate together. The only project bags I have are the vinyl mesh bags that come in the Stitch Quarterly from FQS, which I find to be the perfect size. I think I would like any of the bag styles. As you mentioned, I would probably choose a bag for the fabric. Wishing you a safe and fun trip to Nashville.

I love all well-made project bags, but I have found the vinyl front, 1, are my favorites. I do know to not put patterns next to the vinyl front. I know people say that they have ruined patterns from using vinyl bags when left in the heat but I have never experienced that as I put my pattern in the back not against the vinyl.
