I went from a nice brown and stripped my hair didn’t damage it at all it’s Afro and I have to get it relaxed so I’ve stripped it twice left it lovley and soft then went in with the bleach 2/3 weeks after worst regret of my life I’m now going to be going back brown I hate blonde so I’m hoping it works! X

I’m naturally very light brown or dirty blonde and I’ve been wanting to dye my hair dark brown almost black again :) I don’t know if I will because I’m scared, but I agree with you that the majority of all people I’ve seen colored their hair from blonde to dark the dark suited them better! Only one video I’ve seen that a person looked best with lighter hair.

I’ve had my natural hair for like 7 years but spontaneously got my under layer bleached blonde 2 weeks ago. Looked stunning at the salon when styled, but it honestly doesn’t look nice when it’s worn natural and I don’t have the patience, time or honestly I just can’t be bothered trying to constantly style it! It was a little expensive so I don’t want to pay the same price again to cover it back to brown. But then I’m not good at hair knowledge so idk if it’s worth risking trying to fix it myself 😭 but at least the bleaching is out of my system, I’ve done it, and I’ve learnt from it! Haha

I'm naturally a brunette and I love my natural hair color but I love blonde too so I had kept my roots natural and had the bottom done blonde but I've started missing my natural so I'm glad I found this video cause I was just going to get box dye from the store and do it myself instead of paying a crazy price lol

At anytime but particularly during Quarantine, this is brilliant help for us, Monica. Your hair looks fab brunette and I'm now going to attempt to do the same thing. I have dark blonde, light brown natural hair and currently have blonde highlights. Will filler 6CG be correct? I'd love dark blonde copper red which my French hairdresser did on me about 12 years ago. I couldn't replicate it and so had to go blonde again reluctantly). Any product suggestions? I'm sure it's very similar to your colour. Thanks again!

hi! don’t know if you’re still replying to comments but i bleached my underlayer and didn’t like the colour so i thought i’d go red for fun but realised it’s not very me. The rest of my hair is a medium brown (my natural colour). The red is a very bright red and I was wondering if that will do as a filler as it’s a warm pigment or do i have to rebleach and dye it a copper like yours before dying brown over it ? Thank youuuu :) x

Hi and HELP! I hope you get this message. My natural hair is mousey medium brown. I've been coloring my hair for years with 40 volume 12a which brings me up to light to about a level 9 golden blonde. I just cut all my hair off 😭. Want to go brown but I'm scared to go too dark and have a question about the filler you used. Since my hair already a lot of gold blonde in it should I still use the (8CG) like you did first? And I was thinking instead of going level five to keep it at a level six just in case I don't want it too dark. Ugh. Help please!😭

if you were going almost black would you have added red to your formula too to fill? i have igora vibrance 4.66 (medium copper copper brown) which i didn’t fill my hair with any red, so ends are fading very light/muddyish, it’s super porous i can tell. i want to put a level 3 on my roots and a neutral 4 on the ends in Chi Ionic Shine Shades and i am unsure if i need to fill it with red first since i never filled my hair prior to the brown i put on it. Chi’s level 3 is really like most brand level 2’s a very dark brown off natural black. I have a level 6 light burgundy blonde i was going to put through my hair if i needed to added red tones so it doesn’t turn green and holds color in the ends… is that necessary?

WARNING: my hair was similar to start with, maybe even slightly lighter at the bottom, I used the same colours and the result was NOT the same. I’ve ended up with very dark brown, black in some places. I guess results will vary depending on the condition of your hair
You may have left it on too long. Also, I've seen a lot of hair dressers say to not apply to wet hair. There is a spray you buy to put on the ends so the color takes and doesn't come out lighter on the bottom. Brad Mondo has a great video. th-cam.com/video/77cjabo7MWA/w-d-xo.html
The same thing happened to me but I already started with darker at the top and a balayage. I left it on for 30 minutes and got the same results as you. Will the color fade with a few washes? I don’t hate the color tho.

Does anyone know what's best for medium grey/silver to a light brown color? My sister originally had black hair, bleached her twice to a light yellow color. Then we dyed once with a 6 ash brown and 8 ash blonde, caused her whole hair to turn grey/silver completely, barely any yellow/green weird discoloration.
can you just use matrix to tone down over ashy blonde highlights and stop there without putting brown in so that way your hair looks golden brown? i have level 6n at base and down almost to tips w highlights that are ashy af right now.

I had bad balayage done and had to cut my hair super short and I colored it light Brown and 2 pieces turned brown but with like greenish undertone and few pieces stayed blonde.
