On the tightrope balance do we put our weight on the ball of the foot, or the heel? No PT after hip replacement 8 yrs ago... still not walking straight and I bump into things all the time. Your exercises are exactly what I need😊! Thank you so much ❤!
A lot of these I could not do because of surgeries (2 R knee) (L Hip) enjoyed the ones that I could do. Right leg is 1 1/2 “ shorter than the left-would love to do all of these?

Hi there - adjustable ankle weights that go up to 5 # are great - or you can just fill a sock up with rice (approx 1#)

what did you think of the workout?
Ya know thank you for this cause I really need this only I'm without a chair. I started physical therapy but I couldnt go back do to getting to and from there 2 times a week. But this is what I need because over the last few months I've been falling and I could not get back up I had to crawl 2 rooms to my bed. My knees are weak and I have diabetic nephropathy that goes from my feet all the way to my thighs and I'm scared I'm gonna fall again. I started walking on my treadmill just about everyday for a bit more then 30 minutes to see if I could strengthen my legs but I need to do more then that. I want to be able to get on my knees and then get up from that position just in case I do fall again I need to know I can get off the floor. Thank you again for this video I will watch the rest too.
