I love how there's always a choice that obviously make you lose and one that allows you to keep playing, revealing only one possibily for every playthrough to be identical

@@UnicornStormThinking of the Telltale games where choices don't matter? Cos David Cage games actually give you different outcomes and different endings.
@@seajay632 well, Heavy Rain was pretty cool in that regard but it still railsroaded you into oreferred outcomes a lot. The 3 different narrations at the end of Fahrenheit are determined by one choice during at the end of the game, and nothing else really matters and Beyond: Two Souls also didn't give you much influence over the story. But yeah, most Telltale games also give you barely any agency (the Game of Thrones one pissed my off the most), but that is true for most of these Playable Movie / cinematic Choose your own Adventure games. Dontnod isn't any better and Supermassive only really pulled it off with Until Dawn.

there's no ODST music in it. It's the main theme from Heavy Rain (by David Cage) But yeah, some tracks in ODST kinda have this noir - vibe to it that's similar to heavy rain
Halo ODST came out in 2009 and was in development the year before, I wouldn't be surprised if Cage did rip off the sound track before releasing Heavy Rain in 2010. It's likely considering the music in his other games have ripped off other popular media. Blade Runner, Matrix, Inception, etc.

where were you 2 years ago?!

My name is Chalmers. I'm the superintendent sent by Utica
David Cage, you've done it again
that sneaky bastard!
I need reason why David Cage its being hated?
after burning down his mother's house, Seymour became a Noble Hobo protecting the Homeless with his supernaturally gifted powers.
aw man, I never got that ending
1/10 Needs more rain
don't you mean...
STORM?
0/10 not enough shaun

marvellous
Perfect.
Just goes to show how absurd it is from Chalmers just to ask if he could see the northern lights in Seymour's kitchen 😅
haha! guter, alter, leichtgläubiger Chalmers ;-P
This actually has good writing though
well, from what I've heard, David Cage only adapted it

Press X for SEYMOOOUR!
This was great lol
It’s funny how people critique games like GOW and RDR for being like movies when we have David Cage making movies disguised as games.
This is gorgeous, love it

I probably should have looked up who David Cage is before watching this, but oh well.

I'll try to do better next time ;-P

1/10 it doesn't have different endings
my problem with it, as well... surely his worst work yet
Where's the nudity???
I kinda fucked up. I needed to steel the kids hyundai ornament to get the secret romance option for skinner and chalmers
2/10, not enough random quick time events that don’t even provide adequate gameplay
he was in his experimental phase with that one
no this isn't a Cage game where is the pointless shower scene
There was one planned but it got removed from the game after the actress for Seymour's mother publicly complained about it.
