I've been an audio engineer for 7 years and performing/writing/recording music for 20, I have no idea what type of voodoo that producer did to make Grillo's voice sound that good on the final product. Deserves a Grammy. With that said, I think Rudnick overreacted about this whole situation. 98% of all pop artists out there don't write their own songs, and 99% of record contracts are even more fucked up than the one Grillo signed, not that I would even call it that because Grillo is not signed to a label.
