    These are so fun to watch.
    I just finished my first season of track days up here in Michigan with sportbiketracktime. Your videos definitely encourage me to keep at it

    Hi Jason, another nicely done video! Do you use the rear brake as well when braking hard before the turn? Do you always trailbrake in turns? Thanks

    • @jdkadius
      @jdkadius  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks! I never use rear brake. It's not my style. Yes, I always trail brake into corners.

    • @tbHighlandRider
      @tbHighlandRider 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks, I never use the rear brake on the track either only in the city traffic with the front brake :)

    So would gearing choice benifit on this track?

    • @jdkadius
      @jdkadius  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yup! Gearing choices have benefits at every track since they all have different characteristics. At a faster pace, it's more critical to be in certain RPM ranges at key areas of the track.

    Why does the rider in front put his leg out the going into turns

    • @jdkadius
      @jdkadius  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      There's a debate going around about the leg dangle. Some say that it helps with rear stability under hard braking, some say it's to block that inside line...might be stylistic for some. I don't do it personally, but some people swear by it.

      Some call it the parachute method. It increases your wind resistance a bit to aid in slowing down.@@jdkadius

    Foot out technique used by the rider in front of you was horribly executed.
