I loved all the wonderful knowledge shared in this interview. Brenda is absolutely one of the best teachers of nutrition. I was hoping so much that one question would be asked, and I don’t think it was. I am trying to figure out what the best dose for the algae supplement for older people who might be showing signs of CMI. I have seen Brenda recommend a dose perhaps around 200 to 300 mg and I have seen Dean & Ayesha Sherzai suggest more for this particular issue and then I hear that there could be some cardiac concerns at the higher levels for some people. I would really like to have some good guidance on the appropriate dose for these issues. 😊
I fail to understand how landlocked regions of the past got their DHA and EPA with no access to seaweed or fish? Did these people have cognitive issues as they aged?

The more we go back in time the more people ate whole natural foods, my parents lived into their nineties even though they ate small portions of meat
