    In my case, the first thing is honest customer service, I answer my clients' calls and messages.
    Each new client represents 10 new clients among family & friends.

    Great vid, appreciate the insight and encouragement on ACA products. Another vid idea is covering the time ACA apps should take, or how to streamline so we know how to scale. I've heard it takes 10-15mins per app and up to 45mins. 10-15mins is hard to understand given the info needed, plan options, docs, meds, consent, confirmation and attestations, etc. I'm sure there is a range but some brag about taking 10mins per app and I just don't see how it's possible if doing it right.

    Hey Luis, I'm trying to engage in customer retention using automations but my A2P registered messages always only send at 60-70%. How do I fix this?

      I wish I knew. I assume you are getting lots of people who are replying STOP? Is that the case? If so, you have to get more people to opt in to your messaging
