Dear prof I took introduction to computing class here in Toronto from centennial college and we used your Illustrated Microsoft®Office 365 & Office 2019 Advanced Book. I found it efficient to learn microsoft office through mindtap. Since I already graduated and don't have access to course key , wasn't able to access mindtap part even though I recently bought the book through cengage. Please help me as I have computer assessment test at my job for my promotion. Any help would mean a lot.

Mindtap is a Cengage product so I'd start by calling their customer support line to get a course key to Mindtap, given you already purchased the book through Cengage. A second idea is that although you have already graduated, the professor for your Intro to Computing class might also be able to help you depending on how electronic textbooks are sold to students at your previous school.

@@serenela950 Then it sounds like you did not buy the version of the textbook from Cengage that includes the MindTap course key. You'll have to take this up with Cengage for answers. They control the course keys to their MindTap product and distribute them to school bookstores as needed. I don't have anything to do with that.

@@serenela950 PS: My understanding of MindTap is that it is merely an interface to various textbooks and resources from Cengage. If what you really want is to learn Microsoft Office and/or Microsoft Access, just work through the exercises in the textbook!

@@lfriedrichsen I did buy the mindtap version online through cengage. it allowed me access to the book but it asked for course key for mindtap. My understanding was mindtap access is access to particular class (virtual in this case) but since i am not student anymore, I dont have a class so when i emailed prof, she said its only for student. Its such small thing for prof but it could mean so much to me. I learned through mindtap so easily so was hoping I could learn through it again. Anyways I will go college bookstore and see if that access will allow me. Thank you Prof Friedrichsen for replying.

Can you print a report with an Attached file (jpg) with the preview of the file as appears in the table? Or is mandatory to be Bitmap OLE object?

A .jpg file in an Attachment field can/will show up on either a form or a report, but it sounds like your problem may be that you do not know how to add new fields to an existing report. Try starting with the Report Wizard, and then choosing the fields you want on that report including the Attachment field that contains your .jpg. That will create a starting report that shows the .jpg file that you can modify later as needed.
