Visiting WV State Parks

We took a trip down to our property and then decided to visit some of the near by WV State Parks. Dolly Sods had the gate closed. It was a rainy day and in the mid 30's. We went to Black Water falls next. There was freezing rain in some areas. Specially as we got closer to the top of Spruce Knob. The road became very icy and we almost slid off the road into the cabbage. We stayed the night at Canaan Valley Resort. It snowed a little over night. It was a good trip but the rainy weather sucked.
