What a shame there’s people who criticize him. The people who live in these homes he helps out, it’s their request how they want their yard to look like. He’s awesome in what he does. Thank you for all your great work. 😁
I watched the video where you mentioned that two neighbours wanted you to have a look at their yards and this woman in particular, was looking at you over the fence trying to get your attention and also was watching you through the gaps in the fence, so I knew that she'd want you to do her yard, but something told me that she'd want to have it done for free. I was right and she seems to be pretty fussy for a free job too. What a huge job this was. I wanted so badly to skip the whole video and go look at the finished job but I remained patient and watched your video to the end, without cheating. I have to say that it was a hard thing to do though. I hope that this woman was pleased because if she hadn't, I would have expected you to charge a fee to do that job. You spent hours, and a lot of time getting rid of the branches at the dump for her, so you did spend time and money for her. Great job as always. BTW, I have noticed on many of your videos that you had to cut some branches or tree trunks that were pretty big so I would suggest a bigger chainsaw and a stump grinder. It would make your life easier, I'm sure. Take Care. From Canada.
George, you just increased the value of that house in a single 12 hour clean up!!! It looks like a new home! Plus the homeowner is going to have so much more light beaming through those front windows! No more living in the dark! You are absolutely the best out there in terms of your vision and skills! Lucky homeowners that hire you!!
Another great tidy up 🥰It's gotta be a good feeling when neighbours approach you for a quote too. They're watching and appreciating the work you do. Loving the little snippets of nature / wildlife as well! 🥰🥰🥰
I love that you share the names of the flora and fauna. The birds were darling. I also love that you explain that the tree is a quick grower. It makes sense that it can stand a hard pruning. I’ve never been out of the USA. So seeing your country and learning bits here and there as you clean up the property is doubly fascinating. Thankyou so much!
I am 76 and I know why she said to cut it back so much. I always believe lawn businesses , when they are doing an overgrown yard should cut the bushes way back. A lot of lawn companies don’t trim the bushes and if us older ladies still mow our own yards, it’s too hard for us to trim the bushes, hence the bushes get way out of control. So cut them way back and they can start over. Gives us more time and saves us money so we can wait a while to have them cut or trimmed again. Thank you for doing what she ask of you . Sorry if you have to take flack from others who don’t understand. Your so very kind and good at what you do. It looks absolutely amazing!!! What a difference!!!! Thank you so much. You are very much appreciated.♥️ blessings from Oklahoma City , Oklahoma.
Your pruning took this yard from dominating and hiding the house to showing it off. Wish you were in my neighborhood, I could use your help! But I'm learning by watching the videos, so thank you!
Hello to you George from Michigan, USA. Your "tidy-up" videos are the only ones I watch now of this type. I enjoy every minute of them. The attention to detail, your knowledge and your generosity with your time and talents. Thank you, George, for all you do. 💙
I appreciate the work you do for your clients, I agree the shrubs needed the most attention and like the garden magician you are , you accomplished another beautiful yard to enjoy.
Absolutely fantastic George! That’s what you call a complete makeover. Getting rid of certain trees and bushes and being ruthless when cutting back others and the meticulous cleanup, all lead to an attractive front yard. Thanks.
Nice job done, George! The bushes needed a haircut. 😅😅😅 The godzilla Myrtle should be removed. The bushes near the house were planted in the wrong spots. Owner could have created a hedge row initially along the sidewalk, to look like an English country garden. The Lorikeet lawn supervisors were watching you work.
Very nice transformation. I liked that you actually showed disposing of the garden waste, as this is all part of the process. I also like that you add little bits of information about the plants that you are working on. It all adds more interest to the video.
Have to agree with owner…tree’s should be cleared up to 60-80cms from base, to allow for better air circulation and promote strong tree trunks. Big fan of hard pruning, I would trim all trees to fall below the line of the eves of the house. Aesthetically looks better, good structure & form. Great work as usual George 👏🏽👏🏽🌳🏡
I keep the underneath of all my plants cleared because it’s harder for snakes to hide. Especially here in Australia with all the lovely deadly snakes we have. 😊
Beautiful. My approach to lawn maintenance is that there should never be any bush/tree/ornament that would provide cover for a peeper/burglar/robber/serial killer. I want to look outside or drive into my driveway and be able to see that there is no one hiding waiting to do me harm.
Ohio, US here. I agree with this home owner wanting bushes cut way back. It looks so neat and refreshed, thanks to you George. And that walkway just popped. I chuckle every time I watch videos and there is a water hose laying around. LOL. Of course you pick them up, most people don’t.
George, we didn't think you cut it back too far...it looks perfect. Love the music...Endless Travel. They should have one for you called Endless Lawns.
George this yard turned out beautiful! This sweet lady must have been so appreciative for the wonderful work that you put into it. Absolutely any work you do I WILL ALWAYS watch from tidy ups to major transformations I am here for it!! You are super talented and deserve to have a million plus subscribers! I adore the birds that you show and all of the other animals you happen upon. I enjoy the different camera angles and the go pro as well. Every week I look so forward to watching all that you post. You are a true legend ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
George, you did it! Another great transformation of a yard. Loved the hard pruning of the overgrown bushes and the elimination of one. The yard looks cleaner, she will get more sun in her windows and the yard looks bigger. Sorry you had to make 3 trips to the tip, she had a lot of vegetation. The before and after pictures are phenomenal and your editing is A++++++++. Thank you for your hard work in making your community so pretty. God bless you and yours from Yuma Arizona, USA.
Now the plants can get more light and better airflow 👍👏 Looks tidy and cared for, beautiful job 💚 Thanks again for the plant I.D.’s, always interesting to us gardeners
WOW !! You did AWESOME Job, I liked the trees and hedges she had you cut. I'm tired just watching you work so hard. Thank You for Great Videos. BE SAFE,❤😊
The yard looks good. Much more manageable. The thing that surprised me the most was the sidewalk. I had thought it was just a paver path originally. You did a great job.
George a hard prune is something I understand. It it doesn't kill the planting, it's not too hard and you get a size and shape you wanted in the beginning.
Wow! Another major cleanup! This was another episode where your skills are brought to the forefront. She asked for a makeover and you delivered. You’re one of the best when it comes to tree and shrub pruning! I was a little surprised at how much she wanted done, but the end result showed that it looked fresh and clean and I bet she was super happy! That purple Honey Myrtle is a new one for me! It was just beautiful and I would love to see one of those in “real life” here in Texas! You’re the greatest! Love your channel!❤❤❤
I am loving the hard prune you did on this property. It looks awesome and it so, so needed it. Honestly, my biggest complaint against yard transformation channels is that they don't prune enough, particularly when it comes to trees, shrubs and bushes right up against a house. On a side note, I really like the fact that you identify trees, shrubs and plants.
The most amazing thing to me is how amazingly casual George works, knowing every organism in Austraila is trying to kill you. I'm blown away every time I watch these videos.
I found it odd that a woman living in Tasmania would want her yard to look like an "English country garden". Thank you, George, for reminding her that the native species are what do best. There are many beautiful native plants in Oz and Taz! Thanks for telling us about them. It would seem that those big blue Gum trees do a lot of shedding. It was a good Idea to remove those lower limbs. All the bushes you pruned look so much better, especially that Cheesewood in the front middle. Very nice job on the front walk!
Great choice in filming this for us, George. On first look it wasn't as much of a disaster as others, but, the amount of work you did was amazing. It was nice to see the rhododendron, which is the state shrub/bush where I live. I hadn't noticed any before. Your work ethic is inspirational. You're the best!
George, your transformation of the landscape is truly beautiful. The time and effort you invested in taming the mature bushes and plants, which had grown unruly, was much needed. Your meticulous work has not only beautified the area but also opened up new possibilities for the homeowner. The sight of the happy birds is a testament to your inspiring work. Thank you for sharing your wonderful work with us. 🐦
Also from Michigan, USA (saw someone else from my neck of the woods comment already 😊) I thought that front sidewalk was stepping stones!!! Amazing job 👏 With that cleaned up and the shrubs cut back so neatly they can actually use the paths!!
You know what you're doing George. You are a professional landscaper. And especially if the home owner/renter wants more or less removed. It's totally that person's call not the viewers. To me. You can do no harm George. Thank you for sharing and helping these people 💚🌳 it's just so darn soothing to watch you work. And your camera angles 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

there's always somebody in a bad mood ha ha ha
😢
You are Amazing George you do a brilliant job every garden you do looks Fab after you work so hard.❤ 🎉
I love how it turned out. Its the homeowners' request, and it help them keep it maintained.
People that criticize his work are total idiots. He does a fantastic job.
The fact that the lawn wasn't crazy didn't hurt my feelings at all. Those shrubs needed attention so badly!! Well done!!
This is the owner's choice. I think it looks incredible. Alot more open.
24:10 is my idea of a thorough pruning!
Well done, another great job!

I too appreciate the much tidier look of the property 🎉 George is certainly one of the best
Before: Shrubs taking over yard. Now: Yard is neat and maintainable. Great job. Homeowner is lucky
People should subscribe to his channel it's free he's by far the best lawncare channel out there

Great job in doing what was requested of you.
Amen to that…very well said. ❤

Hey From Greeley Colorado
I appreciate the work you do for your clients, I agree the shrubs needed the most attention and like the garden magician you are , you accomplished another beautiful yard to enjoy.
Excellent job, George Scissorhands.
I like how you straightened up the bricks and rocks and boards you come across as well as make minor repairs, and clean up after yourself!
The garden looked so much better after the shrubs were cut. More light in the house windows!See you next time George! ❤😊
I'm speechless! Masterful! George has spun his magic again!
Wow...big transformation. Great job, well done. I agree with the home owner. This cut back was much needed.
I like it when you turn a tree size shrub into a small shrub. Good job.
Much, much better. You are so good at this, and such a blessing to so many. God Bless you!
Absolutely fantastic George! That’s what you call a complete makeover. Getting rid of certain trees and bushes and being ruthless when cutting back others and the meticulous cleanup, all lead to an attractive front yard. Thanks.
You do an amazing job on every property

Great work again. I do love it when you identify the plants. You're a blessing to your community.
Well done...looks 100% much better. Thanks for your service!🎉
Two weeks with no Jim's Mowing gear. No sponsorship yet, hey? 😉 Never back down! 😄👍Impressive work as always George!
Wait. What am I missing ? what do you mean no sponsorship ? I’m confused
Outstanding transformation on this front yard. From an American admirer.
Yes sir!!
Excellent, George!
Massive improvement George! 🥰
WOW!!! 🤩 That was truly a magnificent makeover! It looks like a brand new house! Good work!
Beautifully executed

Great job George, the homeowner requests and you do as they want. Don’t worry about the haters, you do great work.
What outstanding work you do, George! I love watching you un-load at the Tip! You are simply the BEST!❤
OMG! I thought she only had stepping stones, but it's sidewalks! Windows and Sun, why would anybody complain about what the owner wanted! Great job!!
WOW !! You did AWESOME Job, I liked the trees and hedges she had you cut. I'm tired just watching you work so hard. Thank You for Great Videos. BE SAFE,❤😊
WOW...What a remarkable difference you made to both yards! This one looks so much nicer with those bushes, and trees trimmed way back. Great job ! ❤😊
Very nice ! You unburied the house, now it is a stand out!!
Another great outcome! Looks beautiful. 😊
The yard looks good. Much more manageable. The thing that surprised me the most was the sidewalk. I had thought it was just a paver path originally. You did a great job.

OMG, what an unveiling! Much much better than I could have ever expected it to come out! Very beautiful! 🌱🦘
George it is beautiful!
Even though the grass was not high, the yard didn’t need a lot of work. You took that yard from plain to extraordinary!
Wow! So beautiful
,
You’re doing a great job,, thanks!!
Looks so much better. Good Job ❤
Wow! Now that’s a great transformation ❤❤
Amazing, looks fantastic
Very nice refresh - hard prune was definitely needed. Uncovering the overgrown sidewalk pavers made the property looks years younger.
I think you do a beautiful job in these lawns.
Excellent! It needed a major trimming and edging. Perfect!

Fantastic job as always, enjoyed it immensely
Wow! You’ve done it again! Great work! I agree with the homeowner; the yard needed some serious pruning. Great music as well!
Hey George. I agree with the homeowner, trees had to be cut down done! I think even a little more wouldn't have hurt. Another great job well done.
It looks so different, another great job.🙏🙏
