This is my favorite castlevania game
I just started playing it, and it’s interesting for a Castlevania game how you collect parts and build your own weapons and armor.
It sure must have sucked for Hector there. The grim reaper made it personal with him where he singled him out and despised him out of everyone else, sort of like how in the 2005 movie Constantine, the archangel Gabriel despised Constantine and didn't want him around to the point where Constantine was singled out like that.
And the game teases you where it says Hector would've made a powerful Dracula than Isaac, yet all we get is Isaac Dracula. We never see a Hector Dracula.
I am thinking if they did an alternate Castlevania timeline that went as a continuation of Legends with Sonia and Alucard being Trevor Belmont’s parents you could have an alternate fate where an alternate Hector gets possessed. The whole Alucard being Trevor’s father would change quite a bit of the story. Also if Sonia was Trevor’s mother.
Stealing the item from Death to make his weapon is a pain…
I tried and tried almost 50x when I was a kid and gave up but I think I can as a adult let's do this! 💪

@@Justin-sj1ed Especially if you’re trying to get multiple of the item from boss rush, one screw up and you have to start it all over and attempt to beat the whole thing again.
It’s really cool how similar death sounds in the animated series but he’s more carefree with his words there

I remember my little brother and I having SO much difficulty on this boss. Death (CoD) was TERRIFYING! I was more used to the "Lament of Innocence" style.😅
I come here to lament at what we could have had in the animated series.
I see the animation as it's own thing, so I'm not pissed at it.

I dont remember this I thought after Isaac you went straight to Dracula.
So I guess this is a retcon? Dracula tried to make Simon Belmont into the new Dracula and Shaft almost made Richter Belmont into himself in Symphony of the Night.
If you want a good fight... have that one fairy with you. You know the one that you have to have that power that'll protect you from whenever Death throws his firebomb that covers most of the screen. If you time it just right, you should be able to take his pulse which is a pain. What i like about the little fairy is... To Death, he can be quite annoying like a little fly lol
