I love this!!! Beautiful design and I love the details! A few negative comments about the picture of her dad. I LOVE it! It's unexpected and raw. I'm sure it speaks to her about how real her dad was and it adds character to a gorgeous home. Not everyone's cup of tea, but I love it. Fantastic job 😍
Love the photo of her dad. It was feeling a little too overdone/hotel vibe so having something unexpected and personal especially on the dark wall… love it
Leaving in Greece my first thought was "Love the high ceilings, great large windows, the view is awesome but where are the curtains? Aren't they blinded by the sun?".
Beautiful neutral background, and I love all the windows and natural light. Perhaps in time you will want to spice it up a bit with some more colorful materials and fabrics that can be changed out as you live there and change and grow.
Thank goodness for the blown up photo of her dad. It's the only spot of personality in the whole space. While the house is obviously beautiful, and I love a clean, modern feel, this is a bit too hotel or museum-like.
Classy and elegant. Spacious bright and airy. I love everything about the home except the middle finger pic. It was a sore point and I guess the designer deliberately brought it in to make a statement. But for that sore point loved everything about the home. Classy stylish and beautiful, the bath the storage the bedrooms the living and dining they all looked awesome. How and where did you get those massive refrigerators with the customised colour and the size.
Beautifulness; I love all those stylish big fantastic windows and glass doors in the living room and in the kitchen area; beautiful's 👀 seen in each rooms\area shown of the house connections.👌↗Peace; and respect to the owner's of the joint.
Amanda... timeless perfection. We have a mid-century home with terazzo in stairwells; would you be so kind as to share your powder room terrazzo brand name & colour - pleeezzze? Luv luv luv the 2" penny tile - any chance you'd share brand/colour of these too? Thank you for you divinely inspirational video!
Love the bright style in white and light birch / oak. However, the tall living room must be really expensive to heat, since all the heat goes up under the ceiling first, before it gradually heats the whole room. My guess is it also is a drag to dust the upper window ledges and to polish the top windows. My choise would therefore be to extend the first floor to cover the living room. That would also add additional squaremeters / rooms to the house and thus increase the value of the house.
That photo of her father giving a middle finger to everyone living there is such a curse on family. Imagine kids growing up with that image constantly in the faces and burned into their memory of home. Just doesn't make sense why anyone would think that was cool or edgy to blow up to humongous size for everyone when the beautiful nature scene framed by the windows is just so edifying and beautiful.
a few too many pillows in the living room for my taste. the backs of the dining chairs look uncomfortable. lots of beautiful light though! the powder room is stunning. good thing that large photo isn't in the living room lol. i'd be in the master bathroom tub looking at the trees all day long! all in all - really bright!
The windows and the views are beautiful. In interior needs something to bring it to life. I realize they did not want color but then some more texture is needed. Currently the black window trim dominates the space.
5:40 To lie in bed not to lay in bed. Lie is intransitive. Lay is transitive and takes an object. Usage: I lie in bed. vs I lay my husband/wife in bed.
What paint color used?! 🥴 it's so bland to me, so neutral, and so blah,--although there are some lovely pieces, and it looks "nice"!! I love matchy matchy! I despise when a designer disdainful says: oh, I don't want to be matchy matchy. Meanwhile, their home is a mishmash of sameness (a fun oxymoronic description for you 🤣). One's house is generally, SUPPOSED to tastefully "match". Yes , a little different color or textures introduced into the "match", that's a slight "surprise", IF well done, can be striking, but to act as if matching is the plague of design, is so short-sighted, of a groupthink sheep mentality, and quite uncreative.
It's a pot filler. You fill large pots with water while they sit on the stove so you don't have to carry the heavy pot of water from the sink to the stove. However, you still have to empty the heavy pot of water once you've cooked in it. I guess you could bail it out with a smaller pot or siphon it into the sink with a long hose. In other words, they are an impractical fad that I hope soon disappears.
I really like the color palette. But me and my husband just bought a house and my father in law told us that it was the exact address of the home my husband was born at. What a coincidence.
@@AgentAO7 my father in law showed us my husband’s shot record with the exact same address so he was born at that address and lived there till he was around 3 years old. We would have never known it was the same address if my father in law hadn’t remembered.
@@cooperwesley1536 The home did have a creamy white base but it definitely has a neutral color pallet. warm neutrals There was olive tones, a terracotta tone, a cognac tone, and the throw pillows had color and splash’s of black and gold.
ha there is obv. some design talent on display here but to my taste, its kind of cold and institutional, like a department store? I'm missing some natural wood, some fabrics, some greenery but to each their own! the lady does have some interesting vocal styling going on...
I don't like how the porcelain slab and the ceiling color mixes in...the ceiling could have been another type of white if they wanted to stick to white tone
Great home design except for the picture with the middle finger, it nullifed the entire class of the home. I am sure there are better pictures of her father which are respectable. Tough to listen to the designer as she ends every sentence with a question mark. ?? This seems to be the trend in communication from all TH-cam video hosts.
Its missing that 10 percent punch of color needed to give it more, it needs some spice, its bland and flavorless. The vulgar pic of dad doesn't cut it, its such a bad vibe.
It feels like it smells like wood and bran new items. That amount of pillows looks like you shouldn’t sit in the sofas. The dining table and chairs look uncomfortable. I dunno it looks so off to me.
looks like everything bought at target...zero charm, c old. Sorry, this is so uninspiring. can't understand anyone living in this stark bright white walls..ugh
beautiful, with clean lines, incorporating the outside view, filled with natural light, calming, classy, elegant,
I know people find this style boring or too “beige”, but I love it! It looks bright, fresh, and peaceful.
WOW! Insanely gorgeous home! Love how Amanda talks about it too, beautifully done
A beautiful elegant home but no personal warm touches. It looks like a home straight out of a catalogue.
LOVVEEE the art over the fireplace in the living room
Wow, wow, wow. Utterly stunning. Not a thing I don't love. Thanks for sharing!

Fantastic job 😍
And at the end of the day it's her home. I see nothing wrong with the picture either as I'm sure there is a great story attached to it.
Yes! And I’m sure she wouldn’t have added it unless it spoke to his character❤️
Love the unique details; the fluting, the black windows and doors and neutral colors.
I loved loved loved the windows and all the light coming in!
Beautiful, clean lines and attention to incorporating outdoor vistas into the space.
Arghhhh...definitely my favourite style although some people feel boring ❤️
Everything is gorgeous! Love all the details!
This is lovely. It has a very peaceful feel while staying modern, livable, and with subtle attention to detail. Thank you. Great work!
Bravo!! Such a great space with incredible views and LIGHT!!! The photo of your dad is the cherry on top!!
Beautiful home and design
I like the cream terrazzo floor in the powder room

Beautiful beautiful! The balance is great!
Beautiful home. One of my favorites.
Leaving in Greece my first thought was "Love the high ceilings, great large windows, the view is awesome but where are the curtains? Aren't they blinded by the sun?".
Haha 😀 Looking at the snow outside I had the opposite thought - how much are they spending to heat these tall rooms?
@@RuthOasis haha good point!
Well, anyone who can own this house must be pretty well-off for a start.

Really beautiful and great for gatherings!
I love the idea of the kitchen island and display cabinet being darker! And how your storage is built into the drywall, it looks so sleek ✨
You have a beautiful home
You've done a fantastic job
I fell in love with your dining chairs 🤗 the color combination is perfection
I love the picture I want a copy!
A really cohesive & pleasing design. Practical, comfortable & beautifully done. Kudos!

So so beautiful I have watched over and over

I much prefer some color but you’ve done a beautiful job at a very calming, quiet atmosphere. Lovely home.
Pretty hotel style.
Beautiful home & style, great for a newly built house.

Beautiful house.

So beautiful love the bedroom. Can you share where the light fixture is from. Stunning

Thanks for the video. With such nice views outside, any reason why you didn't go for large windows(living room & master bed) without any stripes?
So clean & beautiful! Love the Japandi elements of it..
Love every inch of this beautiful home...👌
Clean and peaceful

Can I ask for the kitchen also just used hardwood floors? Would it be practical cuz kitchen need some waterproofing?

Beautiful, except for the dad picture 🙄
I like your video 🥰
I think it needs a large antique pieced to give it character. If not antique, something unusual, that doesnt look like it came from Target.
What material are.kitchen cabinets made of
Anyone have an id on the dining chairs?
White on cream on white on cream with a periodic splash of black and wall-to-wall white oak in every room. Seen it 10,000 times. What else you got? 😐
😂😂😂
Bright and airy but so white sandwich bread. Jazz it up with a little color and it would have been perfect.
The remodels on this channels seem very similar in style.

Exactly what I was thinking, though what they did four years ago. Seems too trend-chasing.

I don’t agree, the big picture is the only thing fun and irreverent in a lovely but too homogeous house

So boring
So cold and institutional looking. Completely without character and devoid any human touches. How depressing.
This house is beautiful but also boring. Every room looks like the previous one: same colours, same materials and same finishes.
White oak, white oak, white oak!
Nice but lacks personality
Nothing distinctive about this property at all.
Why does this woman speak like a teenager? Everything sounds like a question.
